Fantastic good experience
The selection of food and wine was wonderful. We chose a fantastic white Burgundy from Meursault, which was served at perfect temperature and in glasses specially adapted to the wine. We appreciate such details and show a high professional level.
The food was exquisite, the atmosphere relaxed and elegant, and we storkost ourselves throughout the meal. As a perfect conclusion, we had coffee in the beautiful garden in a beautiful setting.
A lunch experience we can warmly recommend. Ruths Hotel delivers quality in every aspect, and we look forward to your next visit.

How to experience Ruths without the full price tag — order lunch.
We didn't book a room or a dinner table. We came for lunch, and that turned out to be exactly the right decision.
Same kitchen as the dinner service. Same chef. The Poisson façon Skagen is the real thing — local fish, a rich and considered sauce, nothing overdone. The caviar was a
deliberate choice, and it was worth it.
Ella noticed the unhurried rhythm of the room — staff who moved with quiet confidence and plating that felt considered without being theatrical.
Erik noticed that two courses with caviar, shared between two, came to around 800 kr. At Ruths, that's lunch. And every krone felt justified.
Our advice: book a lunch table, skip the dinner menu.
That's the honest way into one of Denmark's great hotels.
Book ahead in summer — lunch runs from noon.

Beautiful,friendly,expensive.
Restaurant with limited menu.Not everything on the menu was available but there were options available outside the menu that were most attractive.A great place for a visit to this pretty part of DenmarkA stay here is very nice and very expensive.
