Amazing experience

I just checked in this hotel and the staff was very kind to me and responsive since the beginning .The staff was responsive and attentive exceeding my expectations.
The rooftop (and some rooms) offers a mesmerizing view over the Pyramids.
100% recommended.

Pyramids wiev

Hothel sttuato in a strategic position x admire the pyramids while comfortably on the bed , for the rest is located in an unpaved road with horses and camels, clean rooms but to review a little all environments.

Welcome to a hotel that has only the name

When we landed at Cairo airport at 1 am, there was no transfer from the hotel as agreed
We took a taxi to our ( 40 € ), the driver wanted to call the hotel "there are no subscribers to this number" and besides he did not know this establishment, we could not even find it with the GPS
After a while we found him. At the bottom of an impasse
What a surprise when we entered the room: room, very smelly, only one electrical outlet really work, salty sheets, dirty towels when I wanted to shower part of the tap remained in my hand
Mattress with springs digging me in the hips and lizards in the wall above the bed so wide that they let through the outside light.
We had to have a room with a view of the pyramids and in the end our view was a half abandoned dead end and under demolition camels and horses came to spend the night under the window of our room located on the 1st floor. I will give you mercy for the pestilent smell that prevailed in our room. Do not trust either the descriptions of the site or the photos, the reality is that the room looks like an end of the world room.

Arrival in an end-of-the-world hotel

We slept 5 nights at the Marvel Stone Hotel in Giza with the view from our room a street with the houses half destroyed, littered on the floor covered with turds and camel and horse urine.
But first of all I will explain our arrival at Cairo airport 1h AM.
Contrary to what was expected, the hotel had not sent any transfers and when we tried to reach the hotel by phone: "there is no subscriber to this number"
A taxi took us to Guizeh where we had great difficulty finding the hotel even with GPS.We finally found it, deep in a small dead end in demolition.
Hotel completely different from the ultra flattering description of the booking site: dirty room, 1 lizard wall we were born through them. Some of the shower tap remained in my hand when I wanted to shower I had to rinse with a stained cup, sheets and towels. And a pestilent smell: camels and horses came to sleep under our window located on the 1st floor.
The staff is very kind and the restaurant's cuisine is good. Very interesting pyramids and Sphinx to visit

very bad hotel

At check-in we were told that we had not yet paid, even though we had done so months before. They then expect us to provide evidence of this. After consulting the evidence, we got no apology. The rooms we had booked were not available and eventually got rooms of lower quality. To get inside the hotel you first have to walk past a horse stable with a pungent smell. The staff is unkind, the rooms are dirty, the breakfast is very poor. You don't have to book this hotel for the view because the windows are so dirty that the pyramids are not visible. The hotel has overdue maintenance. In the evening you are lucky when water comes out of the tap. In short, a really worthless, dirty dirty dirty hotel. Highly discouraged.
