Hit and run in the city
Apartment in a condominium a few steps from the center.
In the kitchen all necessary equipment, including oven/fridge/plates.
Spacious bathroom with washing machine.
Great value for money.
The only drawback, as in almost all ruins, the parking is limited to 3h. Possibility to reserve a "proven" parking space by contacting the owner

Both apartments very dirty and not cleaned properly for months
Both apartments were extremely polluted and we had to book a new apartment in Rovaniemi on the same day. So we could not use both apartments.
We booked both apartments with balcony, according to the pictures in booking.com, and received two apartments in another block without balcony.
The landlady did not point this out to us and on booking.com these apartments are also not listed with pictures.
Worse was the condition of the apartments. These have not been cleaned for weeks. Crockery, bathroom, windows, everything dirty. Food open, etc.
The landlady did not want to visit or clean the apartment at our request.
Unfortunately, we did not get a full or a small refund from the landlady. I have been with booking.com and Genius 3 Level for over 15 years and have never had any problems with an apartment in the world. We are very disappointed and are now writing off €1,700.
