Very good stay!

A residence ideally placed (beaches, port...) We enjoyed our residence. Thanks to a very friendly receptionist, very good advice. A very comfortable and very clean studio, thank you again to the kind governess. The pool is very nice. We will be back with pleasure!

AVERAGE

The reception is excellent, the residence very well placed sea side and port side.
However the furniture is old and damaged and the spring bedding is uncomfortable! A good backache when you wake up!

Disappointing

Disappointing. We were upgraded because the elevator was broken down. Damaged furniture, cleaning to be done on arrival, set not well maintained, broken table, dirty sofa. We did not feel comfortable enjoying the living/dining area. Rooms are correct. Quite a lot of noise in the street in the morning with the works and garbage truck. Light soundproofing for neighboring apartments. The location is however very good to reach the port and go by the sea quickly. Nice Welcoming from the receptionist.
Summary comfort for the rest.
We were charged twice for the settlement. Fortunately a refund arrived quickly

My family and I stayed at Thalacap Residence in August 2025. We had a lovely time. The hotel was clean and easy reach to 4 beaches. It was also close to the restaurants and shops with plenty to choose from. The staff were friendly and hotel has a small pool which was great for us all. The low point is the car parking which is free, but very sort after and cars wait for someone to leave. We were fortunate that we didn’t need to drive a lot being so close to the amenities, but if you do leave you could be waiting a long time to get a space. The hotel offers three spaces which costs 10 euros a day, but they may be booked up. Overall we had a great time and could cook in our little room with all a hob and microwave. It also had a fridge and good air con which a god send. I would recommend staying at this hotel as they had everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Disorders evening youth in neighboring rooms

The presence of a group of 15 18-year-olds who had decided to party... So we were treated to a plethora of dirty words, belching, terraces filled with glass bottles and barrels, and music!! Great for a family holiday with children aged 6 and 9 years old...
I called and was told that the director was still there: She went to see the group of young people but absolutely did not restore the mores of the young people!!! The young people were therefore able to continue to spend their evening as if nothing had happened...
Note that the studios’ floor-to-ceiling windows are made of 90’s aluminium: it must be said that they are absolutely not suitable for combating these noise nuisances when your children sleep 4m from a drunken group enjoying music.
I reported this information to the director the next morning criticizing her for not having forbidden the young people to be present. In particular, I criticized him for the tenants’ lack of obligation to use music in their internal regulations: Indeed, nothing mentions the use of music in the establishment!!! Amazing for an establishment oriented to the reception of families!!
In short, the structure is rather welcoming, well placed and functional but no rules imposed to respect the calm in the residence...
