but everything works, the breakfast is royal, and the team is exceptionally kind.

Disappointed
The hotel is clearly aging and needs urgent renovation. The common areas give an impression of neglect and lack cleanliness. The first room assigned to us had a strong smell of mold and stale tobacco, which forced us to request a change. We were transferred to room 40, which was more acceptable.
The hotel seemed almost empty, but despite that, it was not possible to obtain a double bed. The room as well as the bathroom are very small for a couple's stay and offer little comfort.
The staff remained polite and professional, even though the overall atmosphere gives the impression of a demotivated team. The breakfast is the positive point of the stay: it is decent and pleasant.
If we had not paid for our stay in advance, we would probably have left the hotel as soon as we arrived. A generally very disappointing experience.

Good stay.
The breakfasts are of very, very good quality with good products.
The staff is very kind.

Disappointment
At the reservation we were not informed that there was no cook! Everything was frozen in tray and very expensive for the restricted quality!!!

Les remarques que vous évoquez concernant l'état des équipements de la salle de bain et le linge de lit ont retenu toute notre attention et on été transmises à nos équipes afin que les vérifications nécessaires soient effectuées rapidement.
Concernant la restauration, nous regrettons que l'offre proposée n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes. Nous comprenons que cela ait pu être décevant et prenons en compte votre remarque afin d'améliorer l'information donnée à nos clients au moment de la réservation.
Votre retour est important pour nous car il nous permet d'identifier les points à améliorer pour offrir une meilleure expérience à nos clients.
