Relaxation at the spa
Very clean and well received.
For the offer of 1:30 private spa, we had access to the large pool at 29 °, the jacuzzi at 37 °, the shower, the hammam. Also tea cupcakes etc available.

I had also planned a quiet evening in the room with a film. I had traveled 5 hours to reach her, bought 30€ of treats... except that the TV of the room did not work. There was a TV in the living room, but it was not at all what I had imagined. We ended up in bed disappointed.
And to top it all off, you can access the room from 4pm and you have to vacate it at noon. Not even 24 hours on site. At this rate, I would have clearly better have taken a single room and enjoyed a real spa in the center of Lille. Big disappointment.

Too bad.
Following a change of appointment, bad schedules were communicated by phone, so we could not enjoy the pool access before the massage because we arrived 30min “late”. As it was an oral error, without written evidence (except a small confirmation email that was also unclear despite what we are assured), we felt like we were not heard or even believed. The same person we had to deal with by email, phone and during our appointment does not delight (and we especially felt that it was the least of his worries).
Masseuses are very talented, attentive, smiling, we have nothing to complain about. Too bad that massages are done almost in daylight, in a room that looks like a dining room cut in half by a screen, and that we hear everything that happens in the rooms next door (conversations, dishes...).
Like all other negative comments, the person who responds will most certainly blame his clients, and will have an answer to everything, but this institute is a real disappointment, despite very good potential. It's a shame!

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié le cadre de notre établissement et la qualité de nos massages.
Nous sommes désolés de cette mésaventure qui ne vous a permis de profiter de l'accès piscine. Malheureusement le planning de la journée ne permettait décaler la prestation ni de vous proposer de la piscine après votre soin. Croyez nous, nous aurons fait cela avec plaisir si cela était possible.
Concernant l'erreur d'horaire dont vous nous remettez la faute, nous sommes persuader de notre :
- l'échange oral que vous prêtez ne correspondant pas à notre discours. Nous donnons toujours l'horaire du massage et précision que l'accès piscine s'effectue avant l'horaire.
- l'horaire que vous annoncez était incompatible avec le planning du jour, au moment de votre reservation. Nous n'aurions donc pu vous le proposer
- L'email de confirmation, envoyé le jour de votre souhait de modification, confirme l'horaire de prestation. Vous nous avez avoué de pas avoir pris connaissance de cette email
Il s'est écoulé 1 mois entre votre modification de date et le jour de votre prestation, vous êtes resté focalisé sur l'horaire annoncé du massage et n'avez pas revérifié le mail de confirmation ( vous l'avez confirmé ) indiquant que l'accès piscine s'effectuer avant. Devant vos invités , il est plus facile d'accuser l'établissement que d'admettre un potentiel erreur de votre part.
Nous sommes conscients que ne pas avoir pu profiter de la piscine a pu être frustrant, mais nous n'en sommes malheureusement pas responsable

Review 5 ⭐️
We tried 1h30 of spa, hammam, with champagne and board which was delicious.
Lunch was great, nothing to say, the service was brilliant
Little extra we find 2 very cute little cats who welcome you with the staff, speaking of staff, nothing to say, welcoming, smiling and pleasant.
Strongly recommended.
