The most regrettable stay of my life
I booked this hotel via Booking using, as I always do, the "pets allowed" filter. This establishment appeared among the hotels that accept dogs, which is precisely the reason I chose it.
Upon my arrival, the room that had been assigned to me did not even have functional air conditioning. I therefore asked to change rooms and I agreed to pay a supplement for the one next door which, for its part, was air-conditioned.
It was only later, while reading the room documentation by chance, that I discovered that a supplement was required for dogs. Wishing to be completely honest, I immediately went to the front desk to settle the situation.
Instead of appreciating my approach, the owner greeted me with an extremely unpleasant attitude and, without the slightest understanding or empathy, charged me €100 for my dog, even though the advertised supplement is €15. I felt like I was being punished for wanting to be honest.
The most shocking thing is that she then refused to give me an invoice or any proof attesting to the payment of these €100, despite my request. Paying such a sum without receiving any supporting document is totally unacceptable.
The result? A bill of nearly €300 for a single night, in a tiny room, with a deplorable customer experience.
I travel very often with my dog and I have never experienced such a situation. It is not so much a question of money as it is of the total lack of respect and consideration for customers.
I left with a deep sense of injustice and a very bad memory of this establishment.
I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.
