Good Price quality ratio

Location 2 steps from the old port, air conditioning, autonomy entrance / exit, large room / bathroom with beautiful height under ceiling, refined decoration.
For the noise of the neighboring rooms, with quiès balls, no worries. Street side not tested.
Cleanliness ok except ground!
Access rooms: staircase with unequal height of steps, Danger!
Equipment 302: 1only blackout blind on 2 placed, this one unusable without climbing. High shower head inoperative or missing instructions. Correction made a priori (not photo).

The worst Airbnb experience I have had so far.

Upon my arrival, I immediately noticed that the accommodation did not match the photos or the "luxury" description displayed in the listing. Certainly, the view is pleasant, but unfortunately, that is the only positive point.
The room was in an unacceptable state of cleanliness: dust everywhere, an unpleasant odor, numerous visible stains, and an extremely dirty bathroom. The floor was sticky, the shower tray was dirty as well, and some electrical outlets were exposed. There wasn't even a bottle of water or any minimal attention upon arrival.
The soundproofing is nonexistent. You can hear absolutely everything that happens in the neighboring rooms and in the hallways. Starting at 8 AM, my neighbors were blasting music, and then another person started singing opera in the hallway. INFERNAL. There is nothing to block the light except for the old slatted shutters that block nothing!

Horrible, very poor value for money.

The presentation of the hotel is misleading!!! An establishment closer to a Formule 1... Very cheap furnishings, missing handles on the doors, a tiny shower with a broken hose, stained carpet on the stairs, a safe that does not work, broken chairs on the terrace... In short, a true scam that resembles more of a sleep merchant than a "boutique hotel"!

Hard experience

I'm amazed that this hotel could charge for this service... The experience has nothing to do with what the beautiful website suggests.
For my part in my room:
- an infamous and really inconvenient smell of sewer upwelling (from the bathroom)
- very average bedding (mattress far from new...)
-a shaky coffee table
-a holed shower head, with leaks
- the pressure and temperature of the shower which varies constantly
- carpeting everywhere in common areas, not very clean
- walls and thin doors, which let through a lot of noise
-smells of fries and cannabis coming out of other rooms
– shutters that I could not fully reopen
- no service in the hotel (no breakfast, and no answer when asking for help)

Appearance cheats!

AWFUL! I don't recommend it to anyone. BAD location, and the walls insulate nothing. Disrespect on the phone constantly.
