Excellent campsite for families
Quiet campsite in the middle of nature, ideal for going with the family. Our children (3 and 7 years old) really enjoyed it. Two pools (large and small), bar with good pizzas, direct access to the river, clean bathrooms… Highly recommended. A 15-minute walk from the city

Avoid at all costs!!
Campsite to avoid, too much noise, dirty restrooms and showers.
Overcrowded pool and BLACK footbath at 5 p.m., absolutely unacceptable.
Exorbitantly priced dining options and unfriendly staff. AVOID!!

Nous sommes désolés de lire que votre séjour n’a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Concernant les sanitaires, sachez qu’ils sont nettoyés trois fois par jour, mais un nettoyage supplémentaire peut effectivement être nécessaire lors de fortes affluences. N’hésitez pas à signaler tout besoin directement à notre équipe lors de votre prochain passage, nous sommes là pour agir rapidement.
Pour ce qui est de l’offre de restauration, elle est pensée pour valoriser les producteurs locaux et proposer une expérience authentique, mais nous prenons note de vos remarques sur les prix et l’accueil. Quant à la piscine, votre observation a également été transmise à nos équipes pour garantir le confort et la propreté du lieu.
Nous espérons sincèrement vous accueillir à nouveau pour vous faire vivre un meilleur séjour.

Top campsite!
We had a fantastic holiday at Huttopia Millau. The campsite is in a beautiful location, near the centre of Millau and on the river. The atmosphere is quiet and natural, ideal to completely unwind. The pitches are spacious and shady, the pool is groomed and the river is lovely to cool off. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the bathroom was clean. There is plenty to do in the area, including hiking, canoeing and visiting the impressive Millau Viaduct. We will definitely be back here again!

Pleasant stay
The pool has a pleasant temperature and the river is easily accessible. The service is friendly and the pizzas are tasty. The village is also within walking distance. A nice place that I definitely recommend.

One you leave Huttopia Millau, it seems to be a case of 'out of sight, out of mind' - they just don't want to know
We stayed at the campsite from July 12th -15th. All was great , until we left.....We realised when we got to the airport that we had left our passports behind. When we called the team, they said they would check the mobile which we stayed in.
I called back a few minutes later and was told that there was nothing found. We were sure that the passports were there and begged them to recheck, but were then informed that they couldn't check the mobile, as new clients had just checked in and they didn't want to disturb them. Bear in mind that this was 2pm when actual check in was supposed to be 4pm.
In order to get back to ireland we had to apply for emergency passports for our two boys and ourselves, spend an extra 2 days in France as we had to travel to Lyon to the Irish Consulate and then pay over €1800 on flights from Lyon to Dublin. In total, we paid over €3000.
No, I would not recemmend Huttopia Millau, as they were no help at all in a crisis, The manager said it was my own fault that I left them behind, I'll say no more! I received a call a week later when the clients had left the mobile, that our passports had been found - by the clients or the cleaners, I'll never know. No compensation or apology. Just terrible, unprofessional customer service. It has taken me until now, the beginning of November to write a review, as it was a truly awful experience.

We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience you experienced after your stay. We fully understand how stressful this situation must have been for you and your family. We apologize for the lack of responsiveness and support you felt we provided. However, we did search twice for your passports in the indicated location (one of the kitchen cupboards). We even looked elsewhere, but found no trace of them, and since the guests were already there, you understand that we couldn't occupy their private space.
The passport holder was found, after the guests had left, wrapped in a blanket, in the upper cupboard of the master bedroom. I personally called you to inform you and sent them back to you immediately via express delivery. We received confirmation of receipt. I completely understand your frustration with the situation, but unfortunately, we are not responsible for your forgetfulness and did our best to mitigate any inconvenience.
We sincerely hope to welcome you back again to offer you a better experience.
