Charming getaway in a very nice place
Very nice welcome, superb property with a beautiful park and an original round pool.
The rooms are renovated with great taste and competence, combining the historical side with the contemporary of comfort and technology.
It was an overnight getaway, and we endured a terrible storm, but charm and magic were present.
We also dined on site, to make the most of the environment.
Cathy and Jerome were discreet but available.
I recommend this beautiful place.

Wedding event to be avoided.
An absolutely magnificent place, which could have made this wedding even more exceptional… unfortunately, the lack of professionalism of the team that hosts weddings deeply tarnished this very beautiful moment.
On several occasions, they took the liberty of coming to solicit the bride and groom during their wedding for absolutely trivial questions, which could very easily have waited until the next day. Taking the bride and groom to task on the big day, when they are supposed to be fully enjoying this unique moment, is simply inappropriate and particularly regrettable.
We had been introduced to very flexible people, capable of proposing different arrangements and adapting to situations. In reality, we unfortunately observed the exact opposite: very little flexibility, many constraints, and an attitude that ended up weighing on the atmosphere and serenity of this day.
A wedding is a unique moment that you prepare for months, or even years. The bride and groom should be able to experience it fully without having to manage secondary problems or unnecessary requests. This attitude unfortunately cast an indelible shadow over a moment that should have remained solely synonymous with happiness.
It is all the more a pity because the venue itself is truly magnificent and has an exceptional setting. But a beautiful venue is not enough: the hospitality, understanding, and professionalism of the people who manage it are just as important. And on this point, our experience was extremely disappointing.

Avoid at all costs.
A very disappointing experience, unfortunately, and that is an understatement.
The castle and the setting should have contributed to making this wedding an exceptional, festive, and unforgettable moment. Unfortunately, the owners' attitude largely tarnished this day.
Throughout the planning process and even during the wedding, we were faced with constant changes in what was said: certain things were accepted or approved beforehand, only to be ultimately refused or called into question at the last minute. A way of operating that is particularly difficult to understand when it comes to such an important event, prepared for months and which, by definition, only happens once.
But the most regrettable thing remains truly the attitude of the owners. We found them unpleasant, unaccommodating, and sometimes downright obnoxious in the way they spoke to the bride and groom and their loved ones. Instead of supporting this day with discretion and kindness, their behavior repeatedly created perfectly unnecessary tensions and disrupted moments that should simply have been dedicated to the happiness of the bride and groom, their family, and their friends.
When you rent a castle to celebrate a wedding, with the financial and emotional investment that represents, you obviously expect the commitments made to be honored, but also a minimum of professionalism, flexibility, and above all, respect toward the people who trust you for one of the most important days of their lives.
We came to celebrate a wedding with family and friends, not to have to continually manage the moods, interventions, and contradictions of the owners.
It is really a shame, because the venue has beautiful qualities and could have left a wonderful memory. Unfortunately, when we look back on this service, it is not just the castle that we remember, but above all the feeling that some people sought more to complicate and restrict this day than to allow the bride and groom to fully enjoy it.
A deeply regrettable attitude for professionals who host events meant to remain among the most beautiful memories of a lifetime.

A castle decorated with taste and modernity
Immaculate welcome, very well maintained property, rooms decorated with taste and modernity, beautiful swimming pool. Provision of guides for walks and restaurants. Nice villages only a few kilometers away. Discretion while remaining available throughout the stay. We recommend meeting Cathy and Jerome to share their vision of castle life in 2024.
