IF YOU COULD PUT ZERO STARS !!!!!
We had booked three nights for a stay in Paris, hoping for a little romantic getaway. The first night was already a cause for concern: the room did not seem up to our hygiene standards, with visible dust and sheets that did not have the freshness we expected.
The real problem emerged the next morning, when I woke up with annoying red, itchy blisters on my side. Although I can't prove the origin, it's a fact that they appeared after sleeping there.
We wait until the afternoon of the second day, hoping for an improvement or a solution, but the situation was unbearable for us. We then returned to the reception to calmly explain the problem and ask to interrupt the stay, hoping for a refund for nights not used.
What made this experience even more unpleasant was our mention of leaving an honest review of our experience, we were made very clear that the property would consider any of our public feedback as an unjustified attack, threatening to "take steps" to protect its reputation.
The lack of flexibility and unwillingness to strike a deal for a clearly dissatisfied customer was the biggest disappointment. We felt left to ourselves. We will never return and would highly advise against this place to anyone looking not only for cleanliness but also professional customer management.

Hotel was clean enough but can get better comfort for same money in Paris.

Very disappointing stay: services not in accordance with the reservation and unworthy quality of a 4 star hotel.
For a 4-star hotel, it is shameful: there are no slippers in the room. When I asked for one, I was given one for every two people and told there were no more. The bath kit is not replaced every day, the towels are of poor quality, and the breakfast is very minimalist. They don’t provide bottled water daily, which is surprising for a 4-star.
This hotel is definitely not worth its 4 stars. Value for money zero. This is by far the worst booking of my life.

Le balcon de la chambre Standard que vous avez réservée ne fait pas systématiquement partie des équipements inclus dans cette chambre, et n'est jamais payable au moment de la réservation, afin d'éviter tout surcoût à nos clients. Il fait partie des options proposées uniquement sur demande suivant les préférences de chacun, selon la disponibilité et avec un supplément de 15 € par nuit, comme indiqué dans la description de cette chambre sur Booking, où vous avez réservé. Cette information se trouve également sut d'autres sites, ainsi que sur notre site officiel où vous pourrez trouver toutes les informations sur notre établissement.
Cette option ne peut pas être réglée lors de la réservation car soumise à certaines conditions, et nous ne pouvons la confirmer que le jour de l’arrivée lorsqu'une chambre avec balcon est disponible.
Nous espérons que ces précisions clarifient la situation et comprenons que cela ait pu provoquer une incompréhension lors de votre check-in et un certain mécontentement pendant votre séjour.
