3 Stars on Paper, 0 Stars in Reality

I stayed in Room 403 at Hotel LeBron and it was a disaster from start to finish. I have no idea how this hotel keeps its 3-star rating when it fails at basic safety and maintenance.
• Safety Hazard: The phone in the room was not even connected. In an emergency, we would have had no way to call for help.
• The Elevator: The elevator was out of order for 4 out of the 5 days we were there. Being on the 4th level, we had to hike up four flights of stairs every time we came back from a long day of walking Paris.
• Broken Bed & Poor Service: One of the beds had a broken leg. I reported this to the front desk twice—once to the morning shift and again to the late shift. Both times I was told someone would be sent up, but they never showed. They completely ignored a broken piece of furniture.
• The Draft: The balcony door wouldn't close or seal properly, meaning the room was constantly freezing with cold air blowing in.
• Bathroom Issues: The toilet seat was loose and wobbly. The sink is tiny and so badly clogged that it fills to the brim just from washing your face once.
Room 403 is in a state of total disrepair. Between the broken elevator and the staff's empty promises, this was a miserable stay. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The first impression was not good.

We stayed at the Hotel Lebron, in the Opera neighborhood. Upon arriving, the first impression was not good. The lobby and breakfast area did not look like the published photos and, furthermore, there was an unpleasant smell, especially in the area where they served breakfast. We even thought about looking for other accommodation.
Luckily, the room surprised us for the better. They were more or
Less similar to the photos. It was small, but it was clean, tidy, and comfortable for resting. The bathroom was also small, although functional, and it had a television.
In short, the experience was better than we expected after our arrival. The hotel is fine for a short stay, but I think the lobby photos create expectations that do not match reality.

No vemgas

Bad, bad, bad. Very small room in terrible condition. They can't give me any more hangers, no more pillows.
A window does not close and the treatment and answers very unpleasant. I just got here, I'm already trying to move. The bathroom is so small and the drawers...... I hardly see it. There's mold in the bathtub. Don't come!!!

Harmful treatment

All it is worth is the location next to M7 Cadet station and less than 20 minutes walk from Opera and Sacred Heart.
The rest is a shame, especially for the treatment of one of the very unpleasant and high-handed employees.
From the cleaning they could try a little more.
Don’t even think about getting breakfast: they ration it and if you order more milk on top of it they complain. Coffee is water with grounds and butter expired.
You have next door an express carrefour, a McDonald's and a kebab.
There is no fridge in the room.
Plugs few and not all work.
The TV wasn't working either.
The broken mirror and no spirit of changing it.
The windows wouldn't close.
It's only good for sleeping, period.
Don't even interact with workers isn't worth it.

Scam!

Hotel of horrors, I paid and booked for a triple of 22 sq m and they gave me a tight double cramped dirty indecent unlivable! Do not book at this indecent hotel that I would not give even a star. My room was 406 and vome from hotel photos was referred to a double or twin. They denied even in the face of the evidence.
