Pont St Esprit

Welcoming terribly bad the door to the entrance of the hotel had remained open following his claims to a bad contact I think the bad contact came rather from him
No hot water chamber 25 insufficient water flow water trickle
Quiet and clean room
Towel looks more like a mop very rapeu
Equipped with a small efficient fan

Disappointing Stay Lack of Hot Water and Unprofessional Welcoming

We stayed at this hotel and were very disappointed. There was no hot water throughout our stay, which is unacceptable for an establishment of this standing. When we reported the problem at Welcoming, the staff were unprofessional and told us that there was no problem, when it was not. Their attitude was cold and unwelcoming, with no solution proposed. We had the impression that the comfort of the guests was not a priority for them. The lack of transparency and responsiveness really ruined our experience. It’s a shame, as the location is correct, but the management clearly leaves something to be desired.

Not impressed

Tired and rundown hotel with staff member that didn’t seem to really care. Whilst the town is nice the hotel is not - it lacks maintenance and Investment. It’s not somewhere I wish to return. bike parking was pretty good in the garage 150 meters away.

HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!

I didn’t even have time to see the room. I confirm by SMS our arrival the same day around 29h for an arrival 11h as agreed together (the gentleman I had had live by phone asked me NOT to book on Booking). He answers me ok and wishes us good road, we are 2 couples bikers so 2 rooms were booked and confirmed.
Around 10pm, at an hour of arrival I see a text on my gps (fortunately my so and my gps are coupled, because on a motorcycle on the highway I would never have seen his text), it was a message from the Inn saying: oops’ sorry, we got it wrong and have only one room available, we can do nothing!!
We stop as soon as possible, I call to make sure it's not a mistake. I tried several times and they never answered on the same cell phone we had exchanged with.
The next day nothing either!
In short... Salon de Provence 22h, motorcycle on the north of the highway and ... manage, I don’t care!!!
The customer service of this Pension is despicable.
Having stayed there the year before... the rooms are small and the shower room ridiculous!!
The cat is nice ‍♀️ and well above his masters when it comes to politeness!!
TO ESCAPE ABSOLUTELY!!

Reservation cancelled at 22:30 for a scheduled arrival at 23:30...

Leaving with a couple of friends after work on a Friday night, we had arranged with this Inn for a late check-in, around 11.30pm.
Around 10pm we send a message to refine our arrival time. Twenty minutes later, we receive a message in return informing us that one of our rooms had been assigned to someone else...
Travelling friends, I cordially invite you to avoid this establishment and I spare you all the names of birds that come to mind at the time of writing...
