Good meal very nice

We went there for lunch at noon. Very nice welcome and excellent meal .. without being great cuisine, it is a kitchen that restores and is both hearty and very pleasant. The boss is at the stove and his daughter (?) in the room. They are taking care of their guests.

Superb everything

Absolutely recommended. Excellent decor and quiet. Unsurpassed restaurant. All kindness. Lovely town.

Almost moved

Today "Le Laurenti", located in the center of Quérigut, in Ariège, this restaurant, offers lunch, a menu quite attractive and not very expensive.
24€ for starter + main course + dessert, and it was just delicious.
The “Pa torrat”, toasted country bread, garliced, with olive oil and ham, is a fabulous starter. Bread with great taste, very hot and crisp, and a quality serrano ham that reminds us of good Spanish hams as we like.
The duck confit attracted me, but was unfortunately out of stock. So I redirected myself to the caramel pork which was a killing. The sweet salty mixture works perfectly on me, and there between the very tender and tasteful pork, the delicious homemade sauce, and all this accompanied by its rice also very good and well cooked, the dish almost moved me. I haven't enjoyed a meal this much in a long time.
The dessert of the day was a cheesecake, probably very good but I don't like it, so I took 2 scoops of ice cream, simple and effective that always does the trick no matter the restaurant.
I might have appreciated more dessert choices for the menu.
A very pleasant moment accompanied by a small music in the background that always makes pleasure, neither too loud nor not enough.
It was excellent, I will gladly go back.

A good welcome for two tired cyclists.

This auberge was a good find. Helpful couple running it, who found us a good place for our bikes. The romm was fine - clean and comfortable. The price was reasonable. They do a special pizza night on Saturdays - excellent.

Week-end en Donezan en hiver

nous sommes revenus dans le même hôtel, nous avons eu la chambre plein sud avec vue sur la montagne. Vraiment pas déçu comme la première fois, le repas du soir, la chambre et le petit déjeuner. Les patrons sont toujours aussi sympa et serviable, des renseignements pour aller faire du ski à Mijanes, le matériel et la station. C'était un week-end de dépaysement complet toute cette neige, une journée magnifique. Vraiment nous reviendrons!
