I recommend
Nice surprise on A7. Simple hotel very clean. Good bedding. Hearty breakfast. Very nice welcome. We arrived on Sunday evening. Closed restaurant. The owner offered us a salad. A real delight. Thank you again for your kindness. I recommend.

Don't be fooled from the outside. Really good!
We happened to be stranded here on our way from Germany to Spain, in the evening without prior notice. From the point of view, we really wouldn't have stopped here. Far from it. Immediately nice welcome, the boss also speaks English, a very simple but clean room and a very delicious Moroccan-style dinner. The next morning a really great breakfast and everything at good prices. Highly recommended.

HAPPINESS. Excellent welcome, beautiful typical room, you'd think you were in Morocco.

Perfect stopover in Moroccan style hotel
We slept very well, and did not go to bed with an empty stomach. The restaurant part of the hotel-restaurant was closed on Sunday (customary in France). However we had a very kind reception at 8:30 PM and the friendly lady-owner made us a small Moroccan evening meal, to be eaten at our room. Also the breakfast next morning was more personal and more tasteful then in a typical more expensive hotel.

Be Very Careful Staying Here !
Well where do I start ?
First of all I shall write the review that I would have written.
It appears to be a family run hotel. I stayed with my son for two nights. We were visiting for the Euro 2016 football.
The room had twin beds, it was extremely small, there was about half a metre in between the beds and the wall and one bed was up against the window. In fact the room was so small that there wasn’t enough room for a door to open into the bathroom (which incidentally had no bath, just a shower) so there was just a curtain. I have to say that the room was clean.
The breakfast (which cost an extra 8€) on the first morning was just about OK. There was no buffet, everything was brought separately. It consisted of some bread (chunk of baguette, croissant and a pain au chocolat), glass of orange juice (no choice), a crepe, a boiled egg and some fruit. A small cup of coffee or tea was offered and it was refilled, but we had to ask. There was no cheese or cooked meat or anything like that.
The breakfast on the second morning was the same, however there was no crepe or boiled egg, we got the small cup of coffee, but there was nobody about to ask for a refill ! A bit expensive for 8€, I thought.
Now here comes the twist in the tail !
Just over a week after we had returned to England, the internet booking site that I had used to book this hotel asked if I would write a brief review, I did, which was basically what I have written above, but slightly shorter.
The next day I received an email from this hotel accusing myself and my son of having soiled one of the beds – I won’t write what was actually in the email. With the email came a bill for €411.80 to replace this bed. Now this just simply is not true !
It is rather strange that they waited over a week and a half to send this email and even stranger that it just happened to be sent the day after I had written a slightly negative review……Odd really !
I note that must of the reviews for the hotel on this site are very positive, very strange as I wouldn’t have given it much above a 2/5 rating, even without the email episode. Also there is not a single English review, again, odd.
I am not suggesting anything untoward with the reviews that have been posted but I do feel it’s very strange, considering my experience.
As I say, be very careful if you stay at this hotel !
