The breakfast was traditional for the islands which means no eggs, no bacon no sausage. Basically it was island tradition meaning Baggot rolls and papaya and orange juice. Anything else was extra. If it was available at the time I was there not readily available, which is understandable you have to go with a flow if you’re not used to it then it can be a culture shock but when in Rome do is Romans do in this case Tahiti do us Tahitians do

This was such a beautiful and unique experience I would highly recommend for anyone who is looking to get away from the city and see the beauty of the island

You are camping

Not sure who is writing the positive reviews, but their social media pictures make it look so much nicer than it is. Rooms are pretty beat up and dirty, Trying their hardest to cover up smells with cans of deodorizer, Furniture ,pillows, towels and linens are so worn out. Breakfast is a tiny portion of fruit, pieces of baguette and instant coffee. Had to repeatedly as for toilet paper. Restaurant was only open 1 day of the 5 we were there, but after seeing the rest of the place we wouldn’t trust the food. Only positive was the use of the kayaks.

TO ESCAPE

Warm beer brought us ice cubes to “refresh” sauce from the “tataki” sweet sour supermarket.
The waiter arrived with his tuna packed from the Super U at 1500 xpf, for a total rating of 17500 xpf for 4 MEDIOCRE dishes.
Didn't take the card.

Serene, delicious food, lovely staff, cold beers.

This review is for the restaurant. We stayed at the Hilton nearby (walking distance of five minutes) and ate lunch on the beach at this guesthouse. The location, waves lapping at our toes over burgers, beers, and a vegan poke bowl, was paradise worthy. Our family gives this calm, beautiful, and friendly place five stars.
