Fabulous View, Nice People, Great Value
I have bad knees. That made using the staircase a little difficult. But the exquisite view and comfortable room made the effort very worthwhile.

Worn out, unkempt and does not match the descriptions.
We were here with friends and regretted the stay.
Some rooms are better than others, which smell bad, especially the bathrooms. The landlady is nice, but the younger lady was grumpy and was mainly focused on us paying cash immediately upon arrival.
The breakfast is very basic compared to other accommodations in Georgia.

Not a foot to people like that!
Full bottom and shameful.
Accordingly, I cannot write anything about the rooms and the hotel in general from the inside.
Since we also stayed at another hotel in Grigoleti, this one was seen outside. By day, it looks very unpresentative and just shaky.

Lovely location, super friendly hosts and good value for money. Nice alternative stop before Batumi!
The owners / hosts are just lovely and so helpful. Their English isn’t brilliant but is still way better than my Georgian so Google Translate was useful on occasion and all that “difficulty” just makes the stay more fun in my view. There is a strange happiness that comes from communicating with strangers in enthusiastic smiling, pointing and acting!
We turned up as “walk-ins” since I had messed up our booking and reserved for a week later! But they quickly gave us a choice of a couple of rooms and settled us in.
Finding the place isn’t that easy as google maps doesn’t identify the entry road. At the junction of the E70 and E692 there is a small road going down to the beach. Take that and then first right along the dirt road. Just follow that and look for #43 on the left side after maybe 500m or so. Good luck!!
There is parking at the property and the kitchen, though small, produced a delicious dinner and hearty, basic breakfast.
The beach itself is just outside the property gate. It’s black sand and rocks so not going to win any prizes, but pleasant enough.
