Cleanliness = misrepresentation!
When I put clothes down on my bed, I saw a brown spot on the sheet, and long hair on the bed in 3 different places.
When I tried to change the dessert lamp, which was not working, and got down on my knees, I could notice dirt and crumbs on the floor around dessert. The side table between the armchairs had sticky stains, and the TV's remote control had obviously not been cleaned since the pandemic.
The highlight was the space behind the heating cover - the thick cobwebs had obviously not been removed since the last renovation of the house, as well as the extremely dirty floor (I hope it can be seen in the photos).
Due to an appointment, I had no time to clarify all this with the responsible staff, and cleaned the remote control and bed as much as possible after my return with disinfectant wipes, but of course there was no longer any talk of well-being and good sleep.
Although I also wonder if moving into another room would have done any good - here the mistake is obviously in the system, because even if the cleaners work sloppily it is up to the management staff (housekeeper or similar), who either work equally sloppy or are unable to rule such a thing out by regular inspection!
I explained all this at the reception on departure and also offered to look at this, but except for a paltry "Des sorry" came nothing...neither was interest there to control all the points equally nor was there any accommodation...
But as they say: "The fish starts at the head...", and this is obviously true here. Sadly...
