Kleines Hotel, ideal für Kurzaufenthalt

Das Hotel Elifilm ist ein kleines Hotel im orientalischen Flair in Berlin Spandau, etwa 500 Meter vom Bahnhof Spandau und dem Zentrum Spandaus entfernt.. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber sehr sauber und mit allen für einen Kurzaufenthalt ausgestattet. Ok sind etwas hellhörig. Und da der besitzer mit familie auch im hause Wohnt, etwas lauter. Aber mich hat es nicht gestört. Als Nachteil ist, dass es kein Frühstück gibt

Not recommended

A really very poor value for money for what you get is here coupled with a lack of and/or insufficient Customer Service. The hotel simply cancelled our stay of its own accord.

Ok but smoky

I would not normally stay in such a place but there was some event on in Berlin, rooms of an ok price were scarce and I needed to be near a station.I got a nice room and that was fine and pleasant. The man at reception was very friendly and helped me take my bag to my room, and that was good. However, note that the reception is in a shish bar and the fumes thereof permeate the whole place. I thought it might be ok once I got upstairs but the sickly sweet smell is everywhere. If not for that the place would be great.

Please book something else

Overpriced and mis-represented. I did not get my requested pickup from the airport. I waited 30mins for someone who speaks english to book me in. I did not get a room with a fridge, minbar, or closet, which I paid for. Reception was still not open at 9am when I had to catch a plane. No phone available to call reception. I got no directions to where I could get the breakfast I had payed for.

Katastrophe.

Ein altes Haus, dünne Wände, schreiende Kinder und eine Shisha Bar im Erdgeschoss, deren Dunstwolken durchs Fenster reinziehen. Das ist kein Hotel, sondern ein herunter gekommenes Landschulheim in schlechter Lage, für das ich 90€ zahle, um kein Auge zu zumachen.
