Excellent stay
I had a very pleasant stay at the NH Berlin Potsdamer Platz and the staff was very helpful, friendly and efficient.
The breakfast buffet was also excellent with a broad variety of food.
I will definitely recommend a stay at the hotel and I will come back for a holiday.

Good for short trips
The buffet had insignificant variations any other day. The room cleaning was not on point, on the second day I was still in my room during the cleaning hours. After a while I left. The cleaning team didn’t even bother to revisit my room for cleaning that day. On other occasions, they didn’t restock the coffee/tea accordingly and the shower gel. I had to use hand soap instead of the actual shower gel. I understand not getting a robe, but at least they could had included slippers so the guest wouldn’t be needed to roam barefooted or with shoes ALL around the room.

Top hotel with very good service
Our visit from 08/13/26 to 08/16/26. Top hotel, very friendly staff. Located about 300 meters from the nearest S-Bahn station (Anhalter Bahnhof). Great breakfast that can also be enjoyed outside on a small terrace. What we liked was that you get water bottles and coffee pods replenished without everything being charged immediately. Lunchbox on the last morning at departure made with love. We felt very comfortable at the NH Hotel.

Unfriendly.
We were treated very unkindly by the desk staff. Almost barked, in fact. Very unpleasant. Stay more often at NH hotels but have never experienced this before. The location was very convenient. Room tidy.

Holidays in Berlin
An excellent vacation; I went with a friend. The person who checked us in was very friendly.The room was suitable for our four-night stay.
The hotel is in a decent location for walking to some attractions.
I want to commend the hotel's friendliness and the cleanliness of the rooms and the entrance. I was there in the summer a couple of years ago.
