The room itself was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Unfortunately, because of how we were treated by security, I wouldn’t book this hotel again.

Great Location, but Below Radisson Collection Standards
Unfortunately, the service didn't match the location. We arrived around noon, (knowing check-in wasn't until 3pm), we checked in and my simple request for twin beds for my grandson and me seemed to cause unnecessary fuss. However, this got sorted eventually, and we left our bags or tried to but here was nobody at the concierge desk initially, not normal Radisson standards.
We returned around 5pm to collected the keys and eventually received our room after lots of unexplained scrutiny of the computer. The room was older one, with a shower over the bath, which isn't ideal for an older guest. We also weren't asked to leave a credit card or set up an account.
After we had been out for the evening, we came back to the hotel and went to the bar. At the bar, my grandson's request for iced tap water was met rather dismissively. I ordered a bottle of wine but was told I had no hotel account and had to pay immediately. Interestingly, once the bartender noticed my loyalty programme status, his attitude completely changed and suddenly he couldn't do enough for me. Good service shouldn't depend on loyalty status.
Checkout was similarly frustrating when staff initially couldn't find our bags in the bell room.
A couple of random points breakfast was fine (apart from one coffee machine on the first day), but the internet was dreadful.
Overall, a great location, but too many awkward service issues. Compared with other Radisson Collection hotels I've stayed at, this was below the standard I expected.
