Misleading packaging, rip-off
Room very small, but equipped with dishwashing liquid, etc. When asked to be moved due to a bad smell of mold and unfortunately typical breathing problems and headaches after three hours in the room, we were very friendly when asked by phone (that's the only way to talk to someone there) to be moved. But then the "colleague" came, who immediately said that it smelled strongly of mold, but then claimed that the mold seen in the pictures was dust. In the same breath, she claimed that it couldn't be mold at all, because the room had only been thoroughly cleaned a few days ago... Then she asked me to crawl to the skirting board and watch how easily the "dust" could be removed. She ignored the information that I had asked for a different room and then said that I had made claims that I would have to prove first, that I might be psychotic. I was definitely psychotic. The colleague also said that check-in had not yet been completed. It got crazier and crazier. Since I actually only wanted a habitable room for the next night (which I paid for), I finally just left. What a shame about the 130 euros for three hours in around 11 square meters with mold.
Conclusion: These are not holiday apartments or accommodation for relatives of patients in the Helios clinic, but rather accommodation for fitters (see the vehicles and the crowd at 6 a.m.). Shorter stays must be paid in cash in advance. Unacceptable things like mold cannot therefore be successfully complained about. - Hands off!
