An all-round inspiring experience – we will be back
Until now, we have always stayed at the Adlon – this will change in future visits to Berlin.
The location is excellent: directly at the Memorial Church, central and easily accessible. The rooms are spacious, modern and offer everything you would expect in a five-star hotel. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired: a generously sized flat screen, a high-quality coffee machine and all toiletries – from the toothbrush to shampoo, body lotion and creams – were of course available and of excellent quality. The bathroom was also very spacious. The free shoe shine service is very pleasant in this category.
However, we were particularly impressed by the service – consistently attentive, friendly and with genuine effort to fulfill every wish. A personal highlight: When I asked for Allen keys I needed to repair my wheelchair, the team’s response was simply exemplary. A short time later, I found the keys in an envelope in our room – without further enquiry, done discreetly and promptly. Small gesture, big impact.
Breakfast is rich and leaves nothing to be desired. I would like to mention Felix – as far as I know, the only Felix in the breakfast team – who was particularly notable for his charming and courteous nature, in an already very attentive team.
The price-performance ratio is extraordinary for a house of this category. What is missing compared to the Adlon is the live music in the bar – during our stay there was no way to end the evening comfortably in a hotel bar. But these are, as they say, first-world problems.
Clear recommendation – we look forward to the return.

Beautiful hotel, great staff
I was pleasantly surprised with the responsiveness and help given ahead of our arrival.
On check in Minh from concierge appeared and welcomed us very well, making a fuss of my guest whose birthday it was.
The hotel is well connected with transport and a good central base to explore the city from.
Modern and spotlessly clean, the art beats fitted in well throughout.
Rooms were spacious and well appointed and breakfast was good quality.
Highly recommend a stay here, we were all very impressed.
