Value for money very good

Stayed as a family 2 nights in the Hotel Kluth.
The room was simply furnished , but very clean and generous.
The staff incredibly accommodating and very child friendly!

Absolutely ok

A small, nice hotel. Price/performance absolutely ok. Personal, very friendly and very clean. Although a little older, I prefer it to the huge, impersonal and disproportionately expensive houses.
I'd love to come back.

Simple garni, aged, very clean

We are always, for one night, at the Hotel Kluth. This depends on appointments near the hotel.
The hotel belongs to the category “garni”, ambience: simple, condition: ok but old, barrier-free: no, long staircase to the first floor.
Cleanliness: very good. Staff: not to be rated, only one contact at checkin, friendly but, current, with very clearly alcohol smelling breath. You can pay in cash or by card. There was no correct proof of payment, cash. Coming by mail, no, not yet.

Excellent, all right.

Hotel Kluth is always worth a visit !!!!!
We have been coming back to the hotel for about 15 years on business. We can only say very, very praiseful words about kindness, professional helpfulness, great dear staff over the years. It is already like a small family when we arrive and enjoy our stay. Cleanliness is very important. Perfect breakfast and always extra requests are fulfilled immediately. Problem-free bookings and possible changes or cancellations are no problem and we always act in the interest of the guest.
A big thank you for all the nice time at Kluth Hotel.

Booker Beware!

Booker beware! I booked 2 rooms here for July 18th. Paid up front. Had free cancelation in writing from them until Jun 17th. Had a change in dates were would be in area. Hotel was unwilling to change dates (we needed night before instead of night booked) Property was unreachable. When i finally just cancelled booking on 14th of June was charged a fee even though I was withing free cancelation window. Hotel unwilling to honor free cancelation.
