Unfortunately, it was an extremely disappointing overall experience.
What particularly irritated me was the handling of the circumstances on site. According to the statements of the police officers on duty, there had been similar incidents in this area before. Initially, this was later denied over the phone, but in further conversation, it was again admitted that there had been a corresponding incident at the end of the previous year.
Additionally, I was confirmed on site at the reception that there are regularly noticeable groups of people in front of the hotel entrance. To my knowledge, these individuals were not related to my incident; however, such a situation does not contribute to a safe and pleasant impression for hotel guests in my view.
Even more disappointing than the actual incident was the subsequent handling of it: for months, there were repeated contacts, reminders, deadlines, phone calls, and promises. I was repeatedly informed that the matter would be passed on or discussed internally.
In parallel, the case was recorded through Booking.com. There, I was informed that a full refund was generally possible, provided the consent of the then operator was obtained.
Despite the complaint, multiple contacts, and months of efforts, there has been no binding clarification to date.
This is not about €83.46, but about the treatment of guests and complaints. After this experience, I unfortunately have the impression that legitimate concerns are more likely to be ignored than taken seriously.
For the sake of fairness, I would like to point out that the hotel has not been operated by the previous operator since April 1, 2026. The described incident concerns the former operator and the time period in question.

Never again AXXON Brandenburg!!!
I will never enter this hotel again. I've rarely seen a mess like that. The sockets, which are also very difficult to reach, are facing dirt, as are the skirting boards, the carpet, the shower.
Cleaning...misrepresentation. Only the beds were really clean.
