Excellent Location and Outstanding Service in Dresden
The location is excellent, just a few metres from Brühl’s Terrace and within easy walking distance of Dresden’s main attractions. Parking can be a little challenging, but there is paid public underground parking right next to the hotel. It is slightly expensive, but worth it for such a central location.
Overall, this hotel is an easy choice for anyone visiting Dresden. We would gladly stay here again.

Wie schön, dass Sie unsere zentrale Lage in der Dresdner Altstadt mit kurzen Wegen zu den Highlights wie der Frauenkirche genossen haben.
Besonders freut uns, dass unsere gut gesicherten Fahrradstellplätze in der Tiefgarage und der separaten Radlounge Ihren Aufenthalt als passionierter Radfahrer bereichert haben.
Dass Ihnen unsere großzügig gestalteten Zimmer und das ausgewogene Frühstück mit regionalen Köstlichkeiten so gut gefielen, ist eine wunderbare Bestätigung unserer Philosophie.

Gladly again
Friendly welcome with information about the hotel and the procedures.
The room is large with a modern bathroom.
Incomprehensible, the floor of the room consists of a high-pile carpet, a hygiene problem. Despite the traffic-calmed zone in the hotel, the noise level at night is borderline.

Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie unsere zentrale Lage, die Sauberkeit unseres Hauses, den freundlichen Empfang sowie die großzügigen Zimmer mit modernem Bad positiv hervorheben. Besonders Ihr Lob für unser Team geben wir gerne weiter.
Gleichzeitig bedanken wir uns für Ihre offenen Hinweise. Wir verstehen, dass Teppichböden nicht den persönlichen Vorstellungen aller Gäste entsprechen und insbesondere aus hygienischer Sicht unterschiedlich wahrgenommen werden. Ihr Feedback hierzu nehmen wir gerne auf und werden es bei zukünftigen Modernisierungsmaßnahmen berücksichtigen.
Ebenso bedauern wir, dass die Geräuschkulisse während der Nacht Ihren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt hat. Trotz unserer zentralen Lage und der verkehrsberuhigten Umgebung lassen sich Außen- und Stadtgeräusche leider nicht immer vollständig vermeiden.
Hoffentlich hatten Sie eine gute Heimreise und besuchen uns auch in der Zukunft wieder.

Highly recommended... would love to come back!!!
Our room request, which we had specified when booking (via the hotel website), was handled individually... even in the course of a follow-up inquiry via email on the part of the hotel... Hats off!!!
The check-in then went smoothly and quickly.
The rooms are comparatively large and well-equipped.
The (pre-booked) breakfast was really good in terms of selection, and the quality was right. Upon request, egg dishes (in addition to the usual scrambled eggs) were prepared individually.
The service overall (at breakfast, room cleaning, reception) was extremely friendly, accommodating, and effective... great!!!
The hotel is generally considered to be in the more upscale category; it certainly lives up to this standard. If the price is reasonable... I'd be happy to come back!!!
