These apartments enjoy a quiet, green location in Leinfelden-Echterlingen, a 5-minute drive from Stuttgart Airport and Stuttgart exhibition centre. They offer free Wi-Fi and free on-site parking. The Murthum Apartments feature 1 or 2 rooms.

Well-equipped apartments, friendly hosts
Nice rooms with a small kitchenette and comfortable beds, in a relatively quiet location with optimal transport links, although the main road and train station are practically on the doorstep. You can just hear the planes a lot. But sleeping with the window open at night is no problem. Lidl, Benz, Aldi, bakery, pizzeria and snack bar are less than 10 minutes away on foot. Ideal for trade fair visitors, construction site teams or business travelers. But as a landlord you should perhaps test from time to time whether, for example, knives still cut, pans and pots are still OK or whether the chairs/couch are worn out...

Great apartment and ''no stress'' owner
Apartment was exactly as described. What we like the most is the ''no stress'' feeling, the owner is veeery relaxed! He live in the same building, at the day of check-out we simply close the door, ring a bell of another apartment and give back the keys. Things such a tea, oil, sugar, salt were in the kitchen shelves, very nice from the owner. Large LIDL just affront of the apartment. Great quality bathroom with heated floors, definitely will be back!

Great apartment for family
We stayed there over Christmas 2014 while visiting family in the Stuttgart area. By having the separate bedroom we were able to make sure that everyone was able to get good sleep. The apartment was clean, and well furnished. The only small trick to remember is that the hotel doesn't take credit cards so make sure that you have plenty of cash upon check-in!

Home away from home
My wife and I travelled from Australia and booked an apartment here for 4 weeks while we visited relatives in Stuttgart, and also used the apartment as a base to travel to Paris and Venice.
Our apartment was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. Large bedroom, excellent bathroom, kitchen with all you need and very comfortable family room with TV and wifi. Being on the ground floor we also had a pleasant adjoining terrace where we could enjoy relaxing evening sunsets (which last forever at time we were there), and the occasional thunderstorms. Wifi access was good and reliable. The apartment did not have a washing machine for laundry however the hosts advised we could use theirs if required.
Location is EXCELLENT. Few minutes walk to multiple supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, Netto, etc), liquor store (Benz), petrol station with convenience items, bakeries, shops and restaurants. Our favourite local eating spot was Schwedenscheuer where we could get great local German meals.
S-Bahn railway station is right around the corner giving you access to Stuttgart central station within 20 mins where you can easily travel on within Germany and broader European destinations. We used the train from Echterdingen numerous times and it was very easy and safe to use.
The apartment was very secure, quiet and the hosts were great - always friendly and there if you needed them.
Our visit to Stuttgart and Echterdingen was a truly wonderful traveling experience. Echterdingen is an awesome homely township with everything you could possibly need and more and our stay in Murthum Gasteappartments was a big part of this experience - highly recommend for short or long stays to Stuttgart.

Fabulous!
Our family of five (two adults, two children under age 6, one infant) recently stayed at these apartments in Echterdingen and had an exceptional visit. Very clean and modern, comfortable, all the amenities of home. The village of Echterdingen is within an easy 15-minute drive of downtown Stuttgart, US military installations (commissary, exchange, etc.), Killesburg park, Ritter Sport Chocolate Factory, and many worthwhile sights. We loved being outside of the hustle & bustle of the city. Echterdingen has several wonderful restaurants, shops, grocery stores, etc. S-Bahn is just one block away from the apartment. Had an incredible lunch at local restaurant Paulaner. Just a block away from the apartment, you'll also find a walking trail connecting nearby villages. Laundry available on site - hosts are absolutely wonderful and accommodating! Highly recommend!!
