Ideal for getting married, for short breaks or cyclists and hikers

A jewel! Whether wedding party or New Year's Eve party, the buffet is very diverse and especially delicious. Rooms are bright and very clean. The staff and service not intrusive and always friendly. Highly recommended! Also the nature and the signposted tours are perfect for hikers or cyclists, we will gladly come back!

Not recommended

I don't even know where to start... We booked our half-board together with three families, and two days before our arrival we were informed that “the cook was sick” and “unfortunately no alternative could be found”. I've been insisting that our catering receipts be taken from the restaurants. On the spot, we learned from the employees that the chef has not been around for half a year! Nevertheless, the manager offers half-board in the hope that the guests will be ready at the last minute to accept these inconveniences or to accept a voucher for 20 euros, as you cannot find a solution at short notice. A shameless ploy!
As for breakfast, the situation was hardly better. You had to ask for everything all the time – if you waited for a croissant from the buffet, for example, it often remained in vain, because you would have had to “order” it, as you were obviously not prepared to have several croissants baked. Fruit? Misrepresentation! On requests, one received the “answer” that only some common apples of the old fruit were placed on the plate. The buffet was not refilled and the response to our requests was often simple: “It’s all empty.”
However, there was a little bright spot: the petting zoo and the llama hike were really great!
Overall, however, I absolutely cannot recommend the hotel. Not only is there a lie, but guests are mistreated. Too bad about the time and the money!

Why are vouchers sold for the hotel if they cannot be redeemed? Fraud and racketeering. You feel

Purchased vouchers will not be redeemed!
We purchased five vouchers, three of which were redeemed in 2023, after which we wanted to redeem another two. This was rejected.
We feel wrongly treated, especially since we have entered in advance monetary, strong

Tolles Hotel in ruhiger Lage

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig ca. 1km entfernt von Neualbenreuth. Von hier aus kann man vieles unternehmen. Ob wandern, Radfahren etc. für jeden ist etwas dabei. Auch ist es nicht weit nach Tschechien. Das Hotel hat auch einen Biergarten und einen schönen Spielplatz für Kinder. Es gibt auch einen Streichelzoo. Im Hotel gibt es auch ein extra Spielzimmer für Kinder. Das Hotel ist gechmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles sauber und ordentlich. Im Kaffeehaus gibt es einen wunderschönen Lüster. Hier nimmt man auch das Frühstück und das Abendesssen ein. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist vielfältig und geschmacklich, wie qualitativ gut. Es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Das Abendessen hatten wir in Büffetform, das war auch geschmacklich, wie qualitativ gut. Das Kaffeehaus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das gesamte Team ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wünsche, die machbar sind, werden mit einem Lächeln erfüllt. Unser Zimmer war ein Residenzzimmer, dieses war geräumig und sehr schön eingerichtet. Es war auch hier alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut, nicht hart und auch nicht weich, man konnte sehr gut schlafen. Das Bad war auch nicht gerade klein, man hatte Platz. Der Balkon ist auch groß und sehr schön. Hier kann man einen schönen Urlaub verbringen. Es ist ruhig und man wird richtig verwöhnt.

Ein super Familienhotel, ein Muss für Familien!

Ein Hotel der "Super"lative: Zimmer sind groß, gute Möbel, ordentlich verbaut, super, für Familien viel im Angebot, super Streichelzoo, Trekking mit Lamas, Leihfahrräder, großer Spielplatz uvm, super, ein Essen auf das man sich freut, wirklich gut zubereitet, freundliches Personal, super, Hotelpersonal stets zuvorkommend und freundlich, auch spät noch mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht, super. Die Landschaft und Außenanlagen gepflegt, ringsum Wald, super. Ich empfehle wenig, aber das ist eine klare Empfehlung
