My stay at your hotel was truly impeccable. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel very welcome throughout. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the excellent buffet, which offered great variety and quality.
Overall, the warm and caring service from everyone made my stay relaxing and memorable. Thank you for such a wonderful experience—I look forward to returning.

Average but very expensive for additional services, expensive parking in the countryside, and upon arrival the question of when you want breakfast.
Expensive dog fee of €25, parking €12 in the countryside, etc. Kitchen has frozen food, juices, only water with chemicals, but environmental protection is regulated; heating is only lukewarm, and the mirror in the bathroom is not premium quality. The peak upon arrival was the decision of when you want to have breakfast from 7 to 9 or 9 to 11 o'clock; the answer 'both' is not possible. Speechless.

oje Ruhpolding
Plenty of peace and sport - this motivation regularly drives us to discover hotels with the corresponding offer for us. So this time, too.
The site description seemed perfect for our needs all around: a large indoor pool for sports activities - separately a family area. So nothing should stand in the way of our quiet break.
Should. Well - the site was willing and patient, but reality spoke or better cried out another language.
We're not sure, maybe it's not always like that and it was just an unfortunate coincidence that came back to haunt us. However, the thesis matured more and more in us that there must have been an offer for parents and young families for exactly our travel period. The prerequisite for their booking must have been a family size of 5 or more people - better still.
The walk to the wellness area, which was touted as quiet and relaxing, was more like the walk to the scaffold at any time of the day or evening.
Crowds of children of all ages, parents pressing their babies to their proud parent's chests, swam corridors, rest and seating areas and the entire existing water surface - inside and out.
Water polo was played screaming, babies were pulled through the 20m indoor pool, which was fully declared as a swimming pool, loungers and chairs were provided with towels and provided with the baby changing accessory necessary for a day.
What we were able to practice sporty in this ambience with certainty was to skilfully avoid the crossbars of the ambitious teenage water polo players or slalom through parent-baby swimming tandems (with permission: they loved the bath in the not baby, suitable cold water not and let their parents know this loudly).
They probably thought a lot and a long time helped a lot and practiced cold bathing until the bathing time, i.e. 9 p.m. - by the way, as did the inclined water polo players who trained their throwing precision until Ultimo.
Adult swimming? Rather difficult to completely excluded. Our plan for a sporting holiday literally went down with it, as did the so much desired tranquility in the crowded pool.
And the screaming and raging continued. Kindermund also expressed a clear opinion for breakfast and trained the vocal muscles and our nerves extensively.
Our conclusion: this hotel is absolutely not suitable for childless couples seeking peace and quiet. Perhaps a child bathing time would be suitable. Other houses are practicing this quite successfully.
Another fact that surprised us unpleasantly, with permission:
The hotel rooms are not cleaned daily.
So we struggled in our room with overcrowded trash cans and usual signs of wear, felt uncomfortable and immediately thought about laying hands on ourselves, against the appropriate tip, of course.
The hotel explains this lived inaction with sustainability. We wonder where the sustainable approach lies. Garbage and dirt are produced with or without cleaning. It is disposed of once less. We as guests do not feel welcome and valued, a feeling that is indeed sustainable.
Our conclusion: We don't book the Aja Ruhpolding anymore. Holidays are very different for us and the beautiful Ruhpolding certainly has other hotels inpetto.

Except for the food, almost everything was fine.
Very bad dinner. Breakfast was slightly better, for dinner there was rarely what has been displayed on the notice board. The one time Tafelspitz was on the menu - What was there, roast pork. The other time, roast pork was on the menu, what was there: Table-pointed. The soups were also not identical to the menu, instead of mushroom soup there was for example broccoli soup or instead of bean soup there was then an indefinable soup. We have complained about it several times,!!!!!!! then please leave out the food display altogether and declare it as a surprise menu but not first whet your appetite and then there is something else. The worst food there was potato salad with so-called homemade !!! Bulettes. I generally assume that the food you offer is HOME-MADE, or what catering service does it supply??? Bulettes with potato salad are available in the canteen for little money. I actually found it a cheek to offer such primitive food for so much money. Furthermore, the sausage and cheese offer was partly inedible, as it had apparently been on the plate for days. The cheese has wavy and bent. The sausage was also wavy and curved. The rice was dried out and inedible. He was just hard.!!! You can't offer rice open-ended, because a lid belongs on it, otherwise it dries out. We were totally disappointed in food. If you want to know how well cooked you are, just take a look at the AJA Hotel Werfenweng, where the kitchen is perfect. You could complain at your Ruhpoldinger hotel any way you wanted. Nothing changed and we weren't the only ones complaining about the food. I've also taken enough photos of what they're throwing at their guests. It's a shame that her staff can't seem to read and assign, because where rice was in it, it had spinach on it. The horseradish sauce was not next to the table spitz but next to the fish. etc. ...... a pity, because otherwise it is a very nice hotel that is impressive.
