Simply relaxed

Just relaxed.
Everything was excellent from arrival to departure. Since the hotel has its own parking facilities in the car park, it is possible to arrive by car in a completely relaxed way. Our room was very large, bright and everything absolutely clean. The beds were comfy and, although the hotel is in the middle of the city, it was absolutely quiet at night. We had a relaxing night.
The food in the gourmet restaurant was a treat. Every single course was visually a feast for the eyes. In terms of taste, each of the seven courses was hard to beat. It was with the best menu we've had so far in star restaurants, except here the stars are still missing.
Breakfast is served on one level. It's a small fine selection. You can reorder at any time. In addition, you will receive a menu of other dishes prepared especially for the guest, such as egg dishes. Everything is served and breakfast can be taken very relaxed.
A big thank you to everyone who participated that we were able to celebrate my birthday in such a sophisticated and relaxed way.

Unimaginably poor

After 10 days in Rügen, we had the idea to end our Mecklenburg-Vorpommern trip in Schwerin. The idea was great because we never thought about how beautiful Schwerin is. Then we arrived at this hotel, Weinhaus Uhle, in sweltering summer temperatures; the HOFBLICKSUITE with an appealing rooftop terrace, room 302. There is no air conditioning. The bathroom was extremely unclean, see photos of all possible rubber seals. The decor was cold and worn out. Furthermore, there was no Wi-Fi at a 4-star hotel. We had booked 3 days, but due to hygiene issues and unbearable heat, we left after one night. We paid the full price of 630 euros, and no one at the reception was interested in our concern. This hotel solely relies on the associated restaurant. Never again!

Very nice room. Excellent restaurant in the middle of the city. The only challenge was the receptionist. I'm not sure she likes her job.

Weinhaus Uhle - A quiet, relaxing 10/10 stay

I stayed at the wine house over my birthday and I really enjoyed the stay. The cleanliness of the room, the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the delicious food in the own restaurant made the visit beautiful. I enjoyed everything about this hotel. In addition, the geographical location is very good to reach all the sights on foot. I will definitely book a room again at Weinhaus Uhle next holiday in Schwerin. Thank you for the great experience.

Great restaurant experience!

The restaurant Weinhaus Uhle with its spectacular bar and the surrounding tables can only be highly recommended. The refined and very delicious dishes are already recommended on the wine list with matching wines and meet the overall idea of experiential gastronomy. The staff is very friendly and competent. An evening at Weinhaus Uhle is already worth the trip from Berlin to magical Schwerin.
