Modern and welcoming
Beautiful modern hotel in a decentralized area, with ample free parking. By tram you can reach the center in a short time. Comfortable room. Great breakfast both savory and sweet: cold cuts, cheeses, sweets and croissants. Water, fruit, juices and hot drinks are available to guests until 10 pm. Staff attentive and kind. The only flaw is that the wifi took well in the lobby, but in the room the signal was poor.

Unplanned stop but very good.
Driving down the autobahn got to Ulm and booked this hotel at very last minute. Location on a science park isn't particularly attractive but it is ideal for people travelling past and needing a bed. Place was spotlessly clean. Staff were helpful. We ate in the Italian restaurant , warm enough to eat outside. Food and service were good. Breakfast was buffet style and ok. The room was comfortable with good linen and bed. Nice bathroom. We do this drive regularly and will happily stop here again.

Well located close to the University of Ulm
Nice modern hotel. Not particularly luxurious. Simple but functional rooms. Goof breakfast. My only issue was the internet axess. Wifi is free, but the signal was very weak and unreliable during the two days I was there.

EXCELLENT CHOICE FOR STAY AT THIS VERY PLACE
It's a modern, proper organized and furnished hotel near road to Ulm. Rich, tasty breakfast and friendly helpful personnel. It was found by me incidentally while driving from Hamburg to Italy near Ulm. There is no any indication (or I might have overloored it late at night). Although the hotel is nearly perfect the location nearby is rather poor. It seems it's arther an industrial, no inhabited zone. So, to sum it up, it would be a perfect choice if you need to stay at this place near Ulm either one night or longer.

A business hotel with a personal touch
Located in a light-industrial (not that bad at all. It's mostly pasture all around) zone out of the city, it's obviously a modern business hotel. We used it after visiting Ravensburger Park, finding a comfortable location to Lego Park.
What made our stay so nice was the staff - very friendly, very helpful. They offered us to dine in "Winter Garden" in Engel Hotel (3 km from IQ ULM), and it was a very good recommendation.
The breakfast was also very good, and there's also around the clock free coffee/chocolate milk spot.
The rooms were simple and clean (as can be seen in the pics)
We will definitely return if we'll be visiting the area again.
