We understand how frustrating this situation must have been, especially after being informed that your preferred room was unavailable for your selected dates. Please note that your refund has been successfully proceed and paid into your account. We regret the delay and any miscommunication that may have occurred during the process. This is certainly not the standard of service we strive to deliver to our valued guests. good
Never had no cockroach problem
no mosquito problem
the room was large
i had a large bed to sleep on .
The shower was clean
I had a fridge in my room of which i never used
The air con was wicked for me as i love my room ice cold
The breakfast and lunch was fantastic i could NOT fault it
The staff friendly always greeted me with respect and others
Elizabeth is my contact as i am doing an event there and i have found her very accommodating
