Nice hotel in the city

Great location and super friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We were walking distance to all key attractions and great shopping and restaurants. Overall a positive experience for the whole family

Best value in Athens that feels like luxury!

Probably the LARGEST room and bathroom I've ever seen in Europe! Super Clean, had wall remote air conditioning, tons of outlets in the room! High ceilings. Elevator. THE kindest staff at the front desk. Our car didn't show up for the airport and Dmitris (not sure of spelling) ordered us an uber from HIS personal phone because we needed two separate rides with our luggage! I would totally stay here again! Ten stars because 5 isn't enough!!!

A gem in the heart of Athens

Well-maintained 3-star hotel. Excellent cleanliness, attentive and kind staff. Very central. Just a small drawback for 2 nights...loud music from a venue right next to the hotel, but I repeat it only happened for two nights! For the rest, very quiet. Varied and abundant breakfast, and for coffee lovers...they have both a Nespresso machine in the breakfast area and in the room!

10/10 HOTEL -

Property located near the center but in a quiet area.
Young, friendly, and helpful staff.
Probably one of the best teams I have encountered.
The property is well-maintained and tasteful.
The only problem encountered is that there is a venue near the hotel that plays music (Friday - Saturday - Sunday) until one in the morning, which is bothersome.

We had the best stay at the Arcade Hotel! After a long day of travel with our children, we were so weary by the time we arrived and instantly felt at home and comforted. Xrisanthi was so warm and kind at the front desk. The room was incredibly clean, and there was plenty of room for our family of four. We all slept 12 hours the first night and were so refreshed to begin our time in Greece! While we initially had some trouble finding the exact location, there is a nearby parking garage that worked well for our vehicle, and we found the hotel easily on foot. The location of the Arcade makes so many Athens sights walkable!! We didn't have to use our car for sight-seeing in the city at all. The breakfast was wonderful - so many options! All hot dishes seemed fresh off the stove, and the coffee was delicious. The staff refreshed our room daily and even provided little surprises for our children, like juice on their beds :) I can't say enough positive things about this hotel, which was an oasis amidst the chaos of busy and historic Athens!
