Perfect!!!

I have been to Corfu five times and this place is the best. Great, caring people. The room has everything you need and more. The place is wonderful. Air conditioning works softly, silence, only the sound of the sea is heard. There were few neighbors, so no one disturbed us. The sun leaves the balcony for lunch, then there is shade and coolness. All just great. And fresh eggs for fun! ❤ Hope to come back!

Fantastic villa right by the beach

A wonderful place to stay with lovely owners Gregory and Sofia. This is a family business and the personal touch makes the stay a home away from home. The villa is right by the sandy beach, wonderful views from the balcony. It wasn't too crowded even in August and the beach is great for children. A few tavernas for good food nearby and a great little shop. Supermarket is not a walkable distance away. The walk into the village is about 15 minutes. The secret beach bar is a 10 minute walk and has great views and a lovely owner. Everyone is kind and helpful. A wonderful place for a relaxing getaway.

Excellent

Don't check availability online, don't do look for the reception. Call there and ask. Owners are very kind and helpful. The place is beautiful. Near beach is the best beach we saw in Corfu. Restaurants on the beach serve very tasty food.

so friendly

Stayed here for 2 nights whilst touring the island..What a great find it was..Gregory was so helpfull and friendly and studio was spotless..had all we needed for our stay..beach is just a stroll away and great for swiming..we ate at Kostas Taverna both evenings and enjoyed some of the best greek cooking ever all at a good price..will sure stay again.

A wonderful, peaceful retreat in beautiful gardens.

Gregory and his son Alex and their family and staff run this lovely villa, a few minutes walk from Gardenos Beach. The apartments are clean, well appointed and looked after and are set in lovely gardens tended by Gregory. The views of the sea and the hills are gorgeous and the few local bars and tavernas offer delicious, incredibly reasonably priced food in a wonderful setting. Gregory and Alex picked us up from our bus in Perivoli and dropped us off again at the end of our stay. Alex gave us a little tour of Gardenos Beach and Vitalades in the car and told us all about the wonders of Easter in Corfu. They were friendly and helpful and their apartments were a great base for a relaxing trip. This is a special place.
