Volta review.

Our stay at Volta Suites & Villas was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views and beautiful scenery. The food was delicious, every meal was a treat, and the staff made us feel so welcome with their kindness and outstanding service. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed every moment. I would 100% recommend Volta Suites & Villas to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Crete!

Not good at all

We arrived at 11 then sat in the lobby got told it would take 2 hours for the room to be cleaned we ended up waiting 5 hours to find out the room we booked with a pool had been given to someone else so we had no room to sleep in and we didn’t get a refund we ended up leaving to another hotel and I still have no refunds and the worker that was with us was extremely rude and at one point rolled her eyes

VOLTA SUITES

I’ve stayed in countless hotels over the years, and as someone who travels frequently, I rarely find a place that genuinely surprises me. Volta Hotel in Heraklion did exactly that.
From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the level of hospitality. Every single member of the staff was exceptional. They welcomed me with genuine smiles every day, and you could truly feel that they cared about making every guest’s stay special. Their kindness, professionalism, and warmth are honestly difficult to put into words—it’s the kind of hospitality that you don’t just remember, you feel.
The hotel itself is outstanding. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, with a fantastic variety and high-quality options that make every morning something to look forward to. The pool is beautiful, relaxing, and perfectly maintained. Housekeeping deserves special recognition as well—the rooms were spotless every single day, with incredible attention to detail.
And the view… simply breathtaking. Waking up and enjoying the scenery from the hotel was one of the highlights of my stay.
Volta has set a new standard for what hospitality should be. It’s rare to find a hotel where every aspect of the experience exceeds expectations, but this one truly does. If you’re visiting Heraklion, don’t think twice—this is the place to stay. I can’t wait to come back!

Exceptional hotel with heart

Our stay at the **Volta Seaside Boutique Hotel** was exceptional in every respect. From the first moment, we were welcomed with a warmth that goes far beyond the usual. The welcome gift was a wonderful touch and immediately conveyed the feeling of being welcome.
What makes this hotel truly special is the **outstanding service** and the family-like atmosphere. Without exception, all staff members as well as the management are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and dedicated. Every wish was fulfilled, and for every question or concern, we immediately received competent and warm support. You can feel that hospitality here is not just a promise, but a lived passion.
The stylish, inviting interior and the manageable size of the hotel ensure that you do not feel like one of many guests, but like a part of the family. It is precisely this personal atmosphere that makes the stay unforgettable.
We also found the thoughtful gestures of the hotel to be especially nice: The traditional Cretan evening every Wednesday, to which guests are invited, is a real highlight and conveys the culture and hospitality of Crete in an authentic way. Likewise, the farewell gift at checkout was a very nice gesture and a beautiful conclusion to a perfect vacation.
We can recommend the **Volta Seaside Boutique Hotel** without reservation. Anyone looking for exceptional hospitality, excellent service, and a family-like atmosphere will certainly experience an unforgettable stay here. Many thanks to the entire team – we would love to come back!

Fabulous hotel

We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights and it was wonderful. It was so peaceful and relaxing we could have stayed longer. Our suite had a hot tub and sea few, absolute bliss. Every where was spotlessly clean and the staff were delightful. Breakfast was lovely and had everything you could want to eat. The area was fairly quiet but easy stroll to a few restaurants and bars. Just a note for the ladies the wardrobe was not full size so you can’t hang your maxi dresses in there without creasing them. A minor thing! You won’t be disappointed
