Great!!!
Nice hotel!
We went as a group of 6, and everyone found something they liked. The teens had the fitness room; granted, the equipment was a bit dated, but it did its job perfectly well.
The food was varied (classic buffet food, meats and fish in sauce, fries, pasta, salads, etc.), but even the "pickiest" eaters had their fill.
The selection of desserts disappointed me a little, but nothing stopped me from going to get an ice cream or something else at the hotel's small shop (which is very well-stocked, by the way).
The rooms were really nice. Okay, there was limescale in the shower, and a silicone seal that was in bad condition by the sink, but I wasn't there to buy the bathroom...
The pools are spacious, the lounge chairs are numerous, and there are no issues finding one (even 5 or 6).
Pool bar with cocktails (quite light, but refreshing, that's the goal) and snacks (hamburgers, pitas, crepes, waffles,...) from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The two servers at the indoor bar aren't exactly jokers, but you also have to see how the tourists talk to them...
Reception staff very competent and kind. There is just one receptionist, little Maria, who is less cool than the others. And who has a huge number of negative reviews on this subject, on this site. But there are almost always two of them, and nothing stops us from waiting for her colleague to be available, to avoid any incident. The beach is 500 meters away, and very often empty . No lounge chairs, so bring your towels.
A bus stop 400m from the hotel, which takes you directly to Kos Town.
If you choose to go on a day cruise, I highly recommend the "Katerina"!
The boat is human-sized, and there won't be 200 people on it. The captains (father and son) are super nice, the small lunch buffet is excellent (grilled meat, very good bread, salads, rice....). You go swimming in a lagoon, visit a small town, etc... If you are lucky, you might even see dolphins!! For €35/pp, it's almost a steal considering the fantastic day we had.
The wind that sweeps across this island (the Meltemi) often blows hard. It's pleasant for those who quickly suffer from the heat, but unfortunately, it makes water activities (jet ski, cruise...) less available. Check before you go, so you don't strike out because the sea is too rough
So, nothing but happiness!

A recommendation for families who are happy with simplicity.
This 4-star hotel met our expectations. Everything was present and the staff is super friendly. The room was cleaned every day and the food was delicious. There was plenty of choice and what we liked was that there is a different theme for the food every evening.
In our opinion, this was certainly not bad for a 4-star hotel. 2 swimming pools, walking distance from the sea. About 2.8km from the harbor.
The use of the bicycles on site is also handy.

We won't come back again, the hotel isn't worth 4*
We just got back a few days ago, I'll start with the positives:
- convenient location, close to KOS
- the hotel is cozy, there are always free sunbeds, no queues at the restaurant or bar
- there's a minimarket in the hotel, so you don't have to go anywhere else if you need to buy something
Now let's move on to the downsides:
- the rooms are not functional, there's only one wardrobe for the entire room, there are no shelves in the bathroom, and no drying rack on the balcony for wet clothes or towels. There's no minibar in the room; when you arrive, you get one bottle of water per person, and afterwards it's not refilled. The air conditioning remote didn't work, the temperature was set to 19 degrees, and you couldn't adjust it to whatever you wanted at the time,
-the room was on the first floor, there's no elevator. The view from the balcony is visible in the photos... In the bathroom, the ceiling was leaking, so when you were using the toilet, it would drip on your head,
- I also have comments about the cleaning; the room was cleaned superficially by just mopping the floor. We didn't have the towels replaced all week, and the bedding was changed only once. The towels haven't been changed even once, and upon arrival you get told that if the towels get dirty with lotion or tanning oils, there will be a 20 euro charge per towel. Insane.
-the food was very monotonous, practically the same every day. The all-inclusive drinks were a joke, chemical and sweet.
-I think what annoyed me the most was the everywhere mess and trash in the area, both in front of the hotel and on the beaches, especially since the hotel charges a 70 euro tourist tax.
I went to KOS excited and sure that I would fall in love with more of Greece's charms (no, this isn’t my first visited island) and I was disappointed. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Definitely fine!
After reading the reviews we were a bit scared ,but this was completely unjustified!
At the end of July me and girlfriend stayed 5 days at the resort , with room 702 we had a quiet corner at pool two . Everything was very clean, and was on time and was cleaned both in room or outdoor bop domain? Wide choice of cocktails that were not too “strong” and good food , although the food could sometimes be a bit warmer.
Otherwise definitely fine and tasty!
I would definitely come back again!

Not worthy of 4 stars
We stayed at this hotel but our experience unfortunately disappointed.
Upon arrival there was no help with luggage or escort to the room. The food was very basic, with little variety and often the same dishes that came back. The drinks were also disappointing: they tasted faint and seemed heavily diluted.
The hotel itself desperately needs a thorough refurbishment. Everything looks outdated and lacks the look you would expect from a four-star hotel.
The pool was very boring. There was no animation, the water was freezing cold and the music consisted of the same 80s playlist every day. That created little atmosphere. Moreover, there is hardly anything to do for children, so the hotel is not attractive for families.
There is little to do in the immediate vicinity. To get to a city or more vibrant area, you have to rely on a taxi or bus. That's not very far in itself, but you can't just go and do something on foot.
For us, this hotel is definitely not worth four stars. With a thorough renovation, more variety in the food, higher quality drinks, more animation and a more child-friendly offer, the experience would be a lot better.
