Fantastic.

Love this hotel. The owners are fantastic, helpful and nice. The pool is clean and the rooms are good. It is quiet and comfortable at the hotel but close to both beach and restaurants / bars. If you want to party, the party street is a short walk away, so it's easy to get there but it's still far enough for the hotel to be quiet.

Good experience with an amazing host

Good experience with an amazing host. Nikki is a really nice person and she helps with everything. The hotel has an nice location close to the beach and the appartment gives you true to your money. We had some issues with car rentel over there but she was there to help us the whole time. Everything is clean and just like the pictures

Matilda

You get what you pay for - nothing more. If you want AC, TV or similar, you have to pay extra. Small but fresh rooms, smallest toilet I've been in but it worked for us. Fresh pool area and perfectly okay pool bar. The best thing about the hotel is the location - 5 min from the beach and very close to restaurants, grocery stores and the party street.
The worst part was the internet - or rather the lack of it. Wifi works (barely) only at the pool area and reception, inside the room you don't even have coverage.
Generally quite an okay hotel, recommend to those of you who, like us, are there for the party and want cheaper accommodation.

Decent stay! You get what you pay for. The rooms are quite small, the furniture, toilet and beds are _very_ old. Therefore, be prepared to lie on rock hard mattresses. Fortunately, we we're lucky enough to switch rooms due to loud neighbours and the new beds was a lifesaver. The balcony is nice and large. The pool area is nice, the café only serves light snacks (not that it is any dealbreaker, but FYI).
The location of the hotel is very convenient. Only 100 meters from Laganas Beach, 1.0-1.5km to Laganas Center.
The only thing I really would like to note to anyone travelling to Laganas for a quiet vacation is that it's not "club nightlife" but rather THE CLUB NIGHTLIFE. This is however only true from mid June to mid August according to the locals we got to know (they we're not particularly fond of the party people so to say). So avoid this time if possible. Do your research!
Luckily the hotel is placed on the "quiet street" of Laganas, but if you get a hotel room facing the road you might be out of luck.
Last note: my guess is that the good reviews of this hotel is based on the lovely family running it. They do deserve the praise as they're very friendly and solution-oriented.
Zakynthos is a beautiful island with many fantastic beaches and sights.
Recommendations:
Hire a car, visit
1. Gerakas Beach (turtles)
2. Xigia Beach (sulfur caves)
3. Shipwreck Beach (from above)
Then go for a half day boat cruise to visit shipwreck, snorkel in the blue caves and just general great sights.

Great experience

Perfect location, clean, spacious rooms with all equipment you need - and most important great customer experience. This place is family business run by three sisters greeting you always with smile on their faces ready to help and advise. I stayed 11 days with my friend and we were very pleased :) No fails
