The Rule and the Spirit of the Rule
following an unexpected and serious health problem of one of our pets. Result: I am refunded tourist tax (10 euros) . Having asked for a commercial gesture at the hotel, I was told that I knew the rules and that I only had not to book by Booking. Yes, I knew the rules and thought I knew the spirit of them too. Too bad for me! I will go to Greece and not to the Vila Pantheon, that's all!

tranquil Greek Escape: Villa Pantheon Impresses
My room was a peaceful retreat with luxurious amenities and stunning views. The well-maintained gardens provided a tranquil oasis. The culinary experience was exceptional, with fresh, local ingredients. Villa Pantheon's location near historic sites and beautiful views was convenient.
A solid four-star experience that I highly recommend for a serene Greek getaway.

great hosting in Litochoro!
upgraded our room on her own, when she knew we were 3 people. The hotel was renovated lately and everything was in a very good condition. We enjoyed very good breakfast in the open balcony, facing a beautiful views. The hotel is located up the hill, a few hundred meters from the starting point to the Zeus waterfall. Highly recommended!

Unpleasant experience
1. We booked a room for 2 couples.
The rooms we got had 1 king-size 1 single and 1 rusty portable
We asked if there was another room with 2 king-size beds but the answer was negative without any intention for a solution.
So we choose to stay because it was late and we came from far.
There were 2 cups, 3 glasses and coffee and tea facilities for 2 persons.
2.The bath facilities were zero.
A home soap dispenser for the douche and one for the sink.
Extra charge for fire Place facilities
3. The breakfast is not free and no refill is being made during breakfast.
The worst of all I've mentioned was the unprofessional reactions when we complained about what experienced.
That they sell what they post.
That it was our fault thet we didn't asked what type of beds they provide for 2 couples.
That we had to reject the room to offer us a solution
And that the kitchen is closing at 9:30 and we had to know that without any info.
And everything what we ve experienced were acceptable because for 20 years they're working like this.
