Dreamlike
The staff at this property were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay from the beginning to the personal transfer to the airport. You immediately feel comfortable and very well taken care of by them (family business). Also the nice conversations in between have done very well, as they were always looking after our well-being around the clock. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, mind you the jacuzzi on the terrace with a fantastic view of Mykonos and the sea. The hot tub was clean and perfect for enjoying on windy evenings. Every day the entire room is cleaned and cleaned with fresh towels every day. To recommend.

⚠️The worst hotel of our life ☠️
⚠️⚠️Attention I do not recommend this guest house managed by 2 women who cheat on the compliance of the hotel and its services
We had booked on booking 3 nights a room with jacuzzi and we quickly disgusted on arrival
- We suffered to find the location of the hotel especially with luggage because the hotel is on a slope extremely difficult to climb even for young people so absolutely impractical for guests because you have to go back and forth if you need to eat or something and that the hotel does not mention it
- we were not even helped for our luggage once arrived and received by the daughter of the owner who gave us our room which was not the double room with a small seating area we had booked
– we noticed in front of the owner that the Jacuzzi was already filled but very dirty with hair and a brown substance at the bottom which chilled us so we asked nicely if they could change the water but the owner categorically refused despite having given her credible arguments and we concluded that they did not change the water of the Jacuzzi behind the customers to save money but this is dangerous for the health of the customers because we had subsequently contracted mushrooms with red plates and we immediately stopped using it because I had seen that they sucked just on the surface but the water was not changed
- the towels were stained and smelled of the monoi of the old customers before us so they do not wash the towels and had put them to us as is which stunned us
- the bed was stained, the fridge full of stains and soiled with a hair inside, the toilet dirty, mop not passed, hair of the former occupants stuck in the shower so not cleaned...
– the owner and her daughter received us very badly, disrespectful, and the creepiest girl didn’t want to leave our room and allowed themselves to go back into our room once they left and they had no right to do so
– They replied that if we were not happy we could clear and we had paid almost 500€ without breakfast and in view of the treatment received and the scam we have no claim to booking to imperatively ask to change hotel or be refunded , because we had sent all the photos and evidence of the damage suffered and we were refunded
You have to know that this hotel has a very bad reputation hence the name change because before Regal veiw they were called constantina zorz xydakis and just have to see the many comments of customers who made complaints about them
So don't lose your money you might regret it

Excellent small hotel with an amazing view
My family and I stayed at this hotel for a week in August 2022. It is a small hotel close to the centre of Mykonos Town though far from all the noise. From the moment we arrived, we loved our accommodation. The room was very clean (it was cleaned every day), spacious with unique furniture. The jacuzzi on the veranda was also clean and we enjoyed it a lot. The view from the room/veranda is just breathtaking. I have read online a few people complaining about the hill they need to climb when coming back to the hotel but that's a fair price to pay so that you can have that view, so we didn't mind it at all. It is always very close to Fabrika bus station where you can get a ride to all the popular beaches in Mykonos. The hotel owner - Marina is the loveliest woman I have met, she was always pleasant, helpful and cheerful and even gave us a ride from and to Mykonos airport. They say kids are far more honest than adults and my daughter loved Marina so much that she had tears in her eyes when we were saying our goodbyes. Taking into account the accommodation, price, location and service, this is a great hotel and I strongly recommend it to anyone travelling to Mykonos.

Not clean…
There is a lack of cleanliness in this accommodation, the room was acceptable, but the water in the outdoor jacuzzi was not changed and disinfected even though the owner said to us that she cleaned it in the morning and changed the water. This was a total lie as it was sand in the jacuzzi and black hair. I went for the jacuzzi and it was a disappointment the fact that the water was disgusting.
The placement of the accommodation is a good one, maximum 10 minutes until Fabrika, but it is very noisy from the clubs from the town in the night. Regarding the decoration of the accommodation, it is very nice. The host seemed nice. The view from the balcony is great.

Outstanding View From Constantina Zorz Xydakis
One reason i booked this was because the hot tob in the terrace. I really love the hotel room with balcony, nice view, and chill hot tub.
The location of this Hotel is really amazing, you have to have a bit hiking but it is worth it.
The hotel don't have breakfast service, but they have airport/port transfer service.
Actually it is really close also to the new port. 5 minutes with car.
But i don't want to walk with my luggage
We spent there 2 nights and i think that is enough. We only spent time in Mykonos Town.
We should have to rent a motorbike to strolling around the island
But because we were 3 people and my husband was really lazy to drive because he was the only on who has European driver license.
Well, the price was also affordable, and once again I got Upgraded Room again to the Triple Room Sea View - Ground Floor from the hotel.
Mykonos was very memorable for me
