The staff was super super nice. The hotel was clean the location was also really good!

UNACCEPTABLE

During our two-day stay, construction works were carried out (pinnings, nails, etc.). The obsession was extreme. In our address at the reception, the answer was that it was not planned, while at our arrival, there were already the windows, blinds at the entrance of the hotel. The co-owner of the hotel who was the one we addressed, showed no happiness when we told her that according to the regulations of the Tourist Police, she should have informed during the booking by email about the work. Well for compensation or refund at least a portion of the amount, no reason. Important note: the hotel is next to a large clinic and most guests are patients and their escorts. Just like we were moms. And he's one of those who offers - sells - advertises the hotel. In the face of this distress of bitterness, the following are errors: On the first day we asked for 2 extra pillows for the patient. Fortunately on the 2nd day when we left the elevator we saw the lady cleaning the rooms and gave them to us. The bed the patient was sleeping in was filled with ants coming in from some crack on the balcony. Ideal conditions for people afflicted by a hospital, right? Let me not forget the highlight that we were thrown in the evening from noise under our balcony where there was a garbage can, and 8 wild frogs -2 large with their 6 toddlers, turned the can and for about half an hour carved the garbage and had scattered it everywhere. This is right across from the -reception entrance. Anyone unlucky to choose this hotel because of close proximity to the clinic, SEEK OTHER SOLUTIONS

Horrible experience. Do not recommend.

Mattresses are super old and worn out. Huge bumps. Very uncomfortable.
Doors do not seal all the way. So you will hear every single thing on that floor and surrounding rooms.
From as early as 0750, every day there are drills, hammers, and all kind of construction noise going on. So expect no sleep. No rest. From 0800 you will be woken wether you like it or not.
No sockets near the bed. You have in bathroom one, outside bathroom and one near the table opposite bed. So charging your devices is annoying.
Rooms are dated. Definitely needs to be refurbished.
Elevator is historic.
Little fridge kept leaking water inside.
