Diplos Studios
Diplos Studios is a traditional Cycladic-style building set amongst bougainvilleas 20 metres from Livadia Beach in Parikia. It has a sea-view rooftop garden and offers self-catered studios with a furnished balcony overlooking the gardens.

Simply Amazing! We will be back !
Our stay at Diplos in Parikia was exceptional and played a huge part in making our Paros holiday so memorable.
Perfectly positioned on the quieter northern side of Parikia, it’s only a short stroll from the bustling port before you find yourself along a beautiful and relaxing stretch of coastline dotted with charming cafés, eateries, and restaurants overlooking the bay. The location strikes the perfect balance between convenience and tranquillity.
Nicky and Antonia were simply outstanding hosts. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome and valued. We were fortunate enough to stay in one of their spacious villas, just steps from the beach, and were greeted with a thoughtful welcome pack that included fruit juice, a bottle of wine, tea and coffee, and a delicious cake — the perfect start to our holiday.
The accommodation had everything we needed and more. Each room featured its own private balcony, bathed in glorious sunshine throughout the day, making it ideal for relaxing with a cold drink or drying off after a swim. Daily housekeeping made the experience feel effortless and luxurious, while thoughtful extras such as beach towels and additional bottled water demonstrated the care and attention the team puts into every guest’s stay.
While Wi-Fi and television channels are available for those wanting to stay connected, we found ourselves spending most of our time exploring everything Parikia has to offer. In fact, we personally enjoyed Parikia more than Naoussa. The town feels wonderfully diverse, easy to navigate with its flat streets, and offers a beautiful blend of nature, coastline, authentic Greek culture, and local life without feeling overcrowded.
We would also highly recommend taking a day excursion with Regaki Catamaran during your stay. It was one of the highlights of our trip and a fantastic way to experience the stunning coastline and hidden beauty of the island.
A heartfelt thank you to Nicky and Antonia for your incredible hospitality, local recommendations, and genuine kindness. Your suggestions helped us experience the very best of Paros, and your warmth made us feel right at home.

Perfect stay
We stayed 10 days on Paros and we stayed diplos studio everything was perfect the cleanliness of the studio the decoration and kindness of the manager always with a smile and very attentive with customers.
The studios are very well placed next to the port and the beach at 20 meters.

Spacious and stylish cottages at the beach
We felt really relaxed at Diplos studios. The room was extra spacious and beautifully decorated.
The beautiful beach and town are 5 minutes walk and yet the apartments are peaceful as they are located down a smaller side street.
Room is cleaned daily and they provide some lovely local wine and cake and essentials like water and juice.
The owners are extremely friendly but leave you in peace.

Diplos studios...a paradise
An enchanting place near the center and the port, 20 meters from the beach, perfectly furnished, clean and looked after by the splendid Antonia and her daughter Nicky who will pamper you from the first to the last day of your holiday with their breakfast, coming to pick you up at the port upon arrival and taking you to departure. We have been there several times and it has always been a pleasure to spend our holidays with Antonia, a special woman with a huge heart ready to solve any problem that may arise....
Thanks again for everything.
If we go to Paros next year we will definitely be their guests...a special place.

Perfect, best studios in Parikia
We stayed 9 nights at the end of July, 2 adults and 1 child.
The structure is perfect, and exceeds expectations.
We were struck by the cleanliness, the quality of the furnishings, the attention to detail.
Very kind staff, daily cleaning, daily change of (scented) towels, shower gel/shampoo provided, breakfast offered every day and delivered directly to the balcony of the room.
The location is slightly away from the centre, which can be reached with a 10-minute walk with the sea on one side and numerous taverns on the other.
There is a mini market 50 meters away, and a car park in front of the property.
Upon our arrival we found a bottle of water and a bottle of local wine offered.
We were offered beach facilities during our stay.
I couldn't find anything to improve, congratulations!
