Arkadia Hotel and Apartments are found just 300m away from the Vardiola Beach, close to the famous summer resort of Tsilivi. Accommodation comes with beautiful views of Kipseli’s lush hills and the Ionian Sea.

Amazing peaceful hotel
We have just returned from an eight night stay at his wonderful hotel.
It is a family run boutique hotel with great friendly service and the most amazing home cooked food.
The hotel is in a remote peaceful location sat on a cliff top with great sea views.
Most days my wife and I would have the pool to ourselves as all the other guest would be out site seeing.
Thank you to Angelos,Mary, and Sotiria the family and also to their staff.

Really lovely hotel, slightly remote, but would recommend
We had a wonderful stay in this lovely hotel. Everyone was very friendly, the food was delicious, the rooms were spacious and clean and it was in beautiful surroundings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would go back tomorrow if I could!
The pool was lovely, and very clean. The hotel gave us towels to use at the pool. The beds in the room were so so comfortable. Far better than mine at home! No noise from neighbouring rooms.
The hotel was more remote than we thought, and mentioning this because the holiday website we booked through said it was in Zante Town. There are a couple of shops within walking distance, and a handful of restaurants within walking distance. We got the bus into Zante Town one day and we got taxis a couple of times to the nearby town of Tsilivi for EUR 15 each way. Really easy to book via WhatsApp. The benefit of being more remote is that the surroundings were lovely - lots of olive groves and blue sky - and it was so much more relaxing than being in a built up area.
Every meal we had here was delicious and we really enjoyed the breakfasts which had a nice variety and always looked appetising. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful cocoon hotel in Zakynthos
We could not have had a better hotel in Zakynthos, it was the highlight of our trip!!
We were absolutely delighted with this hotel, both for its services and the kindness of ALL its staff, as well as for its attention to detail, design, elegance, and comfort.
The rooms: delicate lights, quality beds and bedding, superb bathrooms, small balcony appreciated, and very well done cleaning every morning.
Breakfast and meals: varied, fresh, local and quality ingredients much appreciated. The mom who cooks lunch and dinner is very friendly and her dishes are hearty and delicious! The terrace by the pool is also perfect for enjoying a good cocktail at sunset.
We also rented a simple small car at very reasonable prices, we were very satisfied! Simple and efficient procedure.
This hotel has everything you need to feel like a little cocoon and rest.

Beautiful
I stayed 10 days on holiday at this hotel. Family management makes all the difference and you feel like home. The owner with the daughters are extremely kind. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. The food is great for the nights we had dinner at the hotel (the first and last). The potion is strategic: out of the tourist chaos and central to reach every place on the island. I recommend this property for a holiday in Zakynthos. If I come back I already know where to stay. Congratulations on the excellent management.

Perfection!!
Lovely hotel!!
Beautifully styled inside and out.
Not a minus to be found.
Rooms nice with soothing colors.
Sweet and very nice family with a warm heart. Also other staff very welcoming.
Good breakfast.
The lunch and dinner menu promises a culinary highlight. Everything is lovingly prepared with organic products from our own country.
The surroundings are beautiful.
