Lovely peaceful apartments in a great location
Simple apartments that offer everything you need in the beautiful area of Vasilikos.
The rooms are kept super clean throughout your stay. Such a peaceful location with beautiful views from the balcony - we had a lovely big lemon tree just beneath ours.
The owner, Tollis, is so cheerful and friendly and always eager to help. This place is a bargain and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Anyone who wants a positive opinion must be consistent with what they declare on their website.
Being professional means guaranteeing what is indicated on the website. Starting with the sound insulation, which is zero, you can hear everything from the adjacent rooms and if you find the rude person who keeps the TV on at night you won't sleep. Luckily it doesn't happen with everyone, because the manager who sleeps at the office doesn't care, just as he doesn't worry about being found, after you have tried to contact him several times via LM/Booking, even resulting in a phone being hung up abruptly because you don't speak Greek. In the end you succeed (the number indicated on the booking is wrong) but he anyway isn't at check-in. With the help of a guest, you get his mobile number and he tells you the number of the studios with the key in the lock. Daily cleaning, indicated by me requests were skipped several times, the bathrobes were never seen, the bathroom was really cramped and had no hairdryer, but above all you either used the shower or the WC (in the sense that after the shower (open on the side, everything in the bathroom was impracticable The furniture is decent, but certainly not from the 1920s (which he indicates on the site as the beginning of the business), but the kitchen corner is very worn (never used by us), taps that are difficult to open and close (very dated and worn). ), a single electric stove, some crockery and a few pots. Last but not least, after 3 days, I discovered an email sent by him two hours before our arrival time in which he provided his contact details and warned us that the water was not drinkable and, goodness of his, he had kindly put 1 bottle of water in the fridge for us. We would also like to point out the positive sides: good quality TV, useful for disturbing the neighbours, comfortable bed, quiet area, greenery that you can enjoy (neighbours permitting). You need a car even if there is a beach within walking distance. There are many scattered structures in the area, they seem to be of a higher level in person, not only on the website. I honestly believe that it is not worth the money I spent.

Highly recommended
My girlfriend and I had an amazing stay at the villa and would definitely return there in the future. The place is conveniently located near shops, restaurants (El-Espanol, by the way, the best in the area!) and of course Porto Roma beach. The host is a gem, absolutely amazing, very discret and responsive. Our room had a balcony overlooking the olive tree plantation and sea merging sky at the horizon - extraordinary morning view. Big LIKE!!!

Quiet getaway
If you want a quiet place for a few days then look no further. Situated down a cul-de-sac to a small beach called Roma this villa has 8 self-catering apartment, all with balconies overlooking an olive grove and the sea about 5 minutes walk. My wife and I stayed in Room 8 from 17th to 24th September.
The apartment itself is typical for self-catering in Greece, bathroom with shower, small kitchen area and a bed. The balcony doubles as the dining area. The bed was low and firm which suited my wife and me perfectly. The room was cleaned perfectly every day except Sunday which is the girls day off I assume. Clean towels 3 times in the week. No beach towels so bring your own. A hair dryer was provided on request to Apostolos, the owner who lives in one of the rooms. He was a charming host whom insists on giving you a big bear hug.
There is a rather expensive supermarket about 50 yards up the road. Wine is about E12 a bottle unless you go for local stuff and a packet of cereal over E4, Mythos beer was cheap however so not all bad news. 2 restaurants withing 50 yards and 4 more within 15 minutes walk. The beach is also about 10 minutes walk and when we were there it was quiet. There is a hotel restaurant at one end and a taverna at the other with sunbeds in between. The beds we used at the taverna end were E7 per day for 2 payable to the lady at the taverna. The taverna provided good food though there were no menus so check the price as you order. The beach was pebbles and the sand as you got further in.
We left our camera in one of the restaurants on our last night and only found out at teh airport. However, after an email to Apostolos he retrieved it and is posting it back to us.
Wifi is free in all rooms but a tad intermittent depending on number of users.
All in all a very pleasant stay, out of the way and a great place to chill out (oh, except for the cockerel at dawn!)
ps take some mosquito repellent as there are a few about but no worse than any other place we've been to.

Excellent quality-price ratio!
I stayed there with 2 friends of mine last summer for a week. The apartments are nice and confortable, and the owner really kind and caring. Everything is provided, and would you have any request... just ask! Good wi-fi connection. A special plus for the daily house cleanings! This is not common, but is very useful to save time for your holiday! A shop is located 2 min walking where you can buy food, souvenirs, toys, everything. The closest restaurant is only 5 minute away.
We enjoyed our week in Vasilikos, we would suggest these apartments to everyone. The only negative aspect is that the closest beach (Porto Roma) is not one of the best in the island, but still good. The island is small, but you need a car to visit it. One of the turtle beaches is located close by. We recommend Galini restaurant, not far from there.
