Million dollar view

It’s clean and central to a lot of things. It does need renovation but if you can look past that, there kind people helping you, clean rooms and comfortable beds and sofas awaits for you! The view is fantastic, million dollar view!

Stay beyond expectations

We used to stay in a condo near Hotel Road, but this time we booked a different place.
It's away from the center, but it was perfectly fine.
The beach is right in front of the hotel and there are not many tourists, so it is almost reserved. You don't have to be fussy.
The room is large enough, there is a dishwasher in the kitchen, and there is a washer and dryer, so it is all over.
We have changed our accommodation and plan to make it this hotel again next time.

Frankly, the room was wonderfully like a full-sized apartment, a home away from home. The hotel is certainly in an excellent location just off the beach and the main road that leads to many nice places to eat and shop. The surroundings are very walkable, but, given the Guam heat, taking a vehicle is highly recommended. This is a perfect spot for families and folks seeking to save money on food because there is a full kitchen with dishes and cookware. The bedrooms are very spacious and the living room is quite acceptable in size, but the toilet room is tiny enough to require careful maneuvering to get in and out. The shower room is separate with plenty of drawer space. Having a washer and dryer really saved money and made laundry easy. I would definitely consider staying there in the future, especially on stays longer than one week. The only meaningful change would be to have blackout curtains replace the low quality blinds. Lastly, the hotel was gracious enough to refund my unused days as I had to checkout early. Have already recommended it to family.

At first the AC wasn’t really working in the living room. So I had advised front desk, they were so sincere enough to give us another penthouse without extra charge. Very beautiful and clean. I’d come back again.

We were upgraded to the main building since the typhoon was going to hit 2 days after arriving. Hotel had a generator and only lost power a few time but it came back on. Staff was available the whole time. the convenience store was open almost every day for food when the island was locked down.
Rooms were clean and kitchen had everything needed to cook.
Would stay again
