Heaven in dalhousie

I stayed over there for 1 night and let me tell u its one of the best hotels i have stayed in. In himachal there r other hotels like fortune which is a 5star bt in front of conifer its nothing. Ajay who assisted us over there was very warm n helpful. He was always there to assist us with a smile on his face. They even arranged bonfire for us.

Real Amongst Raw Natural Lodging

Very wonderful place away from the hustle n bustle of city/town. Amongst raw nature were one can feel the calmness & quietness of natural forest surrounding and stream of water flow in the adjacent valley.
Fresh air, green dense forest surroundings with valley in front and dense mountain top on sides. Wonderful hill trail for walking jogging.
Service and courtesy of staff excellent. Food freshly prepared and taste.
Rooms very clean with high quality wood work in traditional style to give retro feel. Hygienic cottages.

Abode in the clouds.

Difficult to find such an isolated but scenic location even in himachal. Dalhousie itself looks to have fallen prey to the charms of commercialization. However this property looks to have redeemed some of the old world charm back. A relatively new property, Mr. Kamal, the owner, along with his staff took wonderful care of us. The hospitality was beyond expectation. Food was tasty and the cottages (especially the family suite cottage) was a wonderful experience. People attached to their cellphones might have a hard time especially with network being very erratic unless you are on the airtel network. No WiFi available so you remain more connected to the environment. The location is around 8kms from dalhousie town and the roads are not the best to say the least but that is what probably adds to the charm of the place. And lastly the view...a sight to behold..thank you mid conifer resorts!!

Beautiful scenic place

A very scenic place slightly away from main Dalhousie. Food is freshly prepared and very tasty. There are separate cottages made of wood . Snow clad mountains view is there from balcony .Give a personal touch to hospitality
