Very good

My stay at Blu IRS Chennai was truly exceptional, largely due to the remarkable hospitality provided by Mr. Mohan and his dedicated team. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm and attentive service. The ambiance of the hotel is both elegant and relaxing, creating the perfect atmosphere for a comfortable visit. I was particularly impressed by how friendly and helpful everyone was throughout my entire time there. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful experience in Chennai.

Poor hotel

Very poor customer handling as they are very non cooperative even do not understand the customer views ...even no help for any women customers

Excellent Rooms and Outstanding Service

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, spotless, and very well maintained, making for a truly relaxing experience.
A special appreciation to Mr. Mohan at the front desk, who was incredibly professional, courteous, and always ready to assist. His warm hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable.
I would also like to highly commend Ms. Gowsi from the restaurant for her outstanding service. She was attentive, efficient, and ensured that all my requirements were taken care of promptly. Her dedication and work ethic were remarkable—she delivered service that felt equivalent to having three staff members attending to guests. She truly made every meal a pleasant experience.
The housekeeping, laundry, and engineering teams also deserve recognition for their prompt and efficient service. Any request was attended to quickly, reflecting the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction.
The only suggestion for improvement would be to expand the food menu, as the variety of food items is somewhat limited. However, the quality of service across all departments more than compensates for this.
Overall, it was an excellent stay with outstanding hospitality, comfortable rooms, and a team that genuinely cares about its guests. Highly recommended.

Awesome experience, choese this place for team outing

We have selected this place for our team outing, place and the standard of service is a so good. Buffet in a restaurant is awesome we have enjoyed with full fun.Ms. Bhanupriya she make sure that we had a wonderful experience throw out the day. Big Hats off for her service.
