Worst hotel in the world

*WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER - 0/10*
This is not a hotel. It’s a biohazard.
Checked in and instantly regretted it. The entire room reeks of wet carpet and mold. The smell is so bad it made me nauseous.
The photos speak for themselves:
- Floors and stair area covered in dirt, trash, and black grime
- Bathroom tiles stained, drain clogged, shower curtain with mold spots
- Fridge interior stained with god-knows-what
- Walls and doors have water damage and peeling paint
Housekeeping clearly hasn’t existed here in years. For what they charge, this is theft. I left after 1 night and still feel itchy.
*Avoid at all costs unless you want to sleep in a damp, dirty basement.* i booked a suite for 2 nights and didnt evem stay in the room for 1 hour and left..i got a refund for 1 day, but my 6500rs per night was wasted
Highlights of the hotel :
1. *Common areas*: Looks like they haven’t swept since 2022. Debris everywhere.
2. *Bathroom*: Brown stains on the floor, moldy shower curtain, and a drain that should come with a warning label.
3. *Room*: Stained fridge, scratched walls, water marks on the door. Touched nothing.
4. *Smell*: Wet carpet + dampness + regret.
Staff response to complaint: “Sir AC chala dijiye, smell chali jayegi.” No sir, AC won’t fix years of neglect.
Save your money and your lungs. There are better options even on the roadside. Places like these should be BANNED.

It's rooms like can't pay 500 for one night

My stay at Presidency Landmark, Daman was extremely disappointing. The hotel appears poorly maintained, and cleanliness standards were far below expectations. The room had an unpleasant odor, the furniture was damaged and looked neglected, and overall maintenance seemed inadequate. The AC was not functioning properly, making the stay uncomfortable. The staff were unhelpful and came across as rude, with little concern for guest service. The windows, interiors, and furnishings looked outdated and poorly maintained. Considering the condition of the property and the quality of service provided, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting basic comfort, cleanliness, or professional hospitality.

Awful, unhygienic not worth for price

They charge too much and the quality they provide is pretty awful. They charged me 1050 for extra bed and this is what I got as shared in pic. No fridge, no cleanliness. They kind of charged too much for the room. Swimming pool wasn't family friendly neither clean. The sheets looked dirty, the door lock wasn't working properly. There was no hot water.
I paid 600 extra for breakfast. The buffet doesn't had any fruits/juices. There was no toaster kept, no jam. It was just some cold idly some poha, mini uttapam, and very old boiled eggs. The taste of breakfast wasn't good. This hotel totally disappointed me.
The way they show their room in the photos and the service they provide is just opposite

The room servives including hot water. It was not a great stay I would say.

Daman

Not a good hotel at all. Please don't get duped with the pictures that they upload on website. These are 3D pictures rooms are not good. Swimming pool is never cleaned. Water is dirty they don't put chlorine. Hot water does not come from tap or shower in the bathroom. When asked they said hot water is available between 7 to 11 morning and evening but we did not get it. The guy with specs at reception is not bothered at all we complaint him 3 to 4 times but he did not act on it. He is more worried about full payment at the time of check-in as they take 50% advance. I specifically told them at the time of booking that I would need extra bed for my child and they said they will provide. To my surprise they put mattress on floor and when I complaint they got some dirty sofa cum bed which was .25 ft level from ground and then on that they covered it with bed sheet on it. A standard hotel would have foldable / movable sofa cum bed with mattress which is atleast 2 to 3 ft level from ground. Breakfast menu is limited only 3 to 4 items. I asked them if I don't want complimentary breakfast so that room tariff can be reduced, they said its compulsory and included in package. I would not recommend this hotel for couples or family.
