No frill decent hotel in good location

Stayed in this property for 02 nights to attend a conference. India expomart, the conference venue is only a few minutes drive. Low key but professional service is what impressed me most. Hassle free check in and check out. Room is small, but cosy and had a nice view .(see picture) and provide all material comfort for a short stay. Didn't have the opportunity to taste the food at the restaurant , but buffet breakfast was good. Overall a pleasant stay. Recommended.

Staff is horrible

Cleanliness is horrible , and staff is really rude specially morning 8-9 am male Staff . Staff doesn’t listen to manager . Also breakfast is terrible I Would Never recommend to stay in this hotel. Lobby is horribly dirty and not maintained properly.

Boxed space

Only pro, close to India Expo center. Rooms are dingy and miniscule. It was clean. Only towel is provided rest all is charged. Breakfast option is limited and not so great. Definitely NOT VALUE for Money. Nothing available in the vicinity of 500-800m.

Price is too much high

It was very good experience but the according to room price is to high there are small rooms and bed is also not comfortable according to see these all things price would should be low . No doubt service is good excellent service by staff but do something for room price

Cool and Comfortable

I have been staying here for more than 3 weeks, It's very well located so hassle-free travel to the office is a big plus for me. Regarding amenities, It's a compact room with all good facilities and it has a lobby near reception and park behind the hotel to have a chill walk or morning routine & good food too (Swagath restaurant). The best thing is their staff especially Mr.Nithin & Mr.Pankaj who helped me in all the processes during the hotel stay in terms of extension, desired room, etc. This hotel was recommended by my colleague with which I am fully satisfied and would definitely stay here for my future trips.
