Location was good room are very clean

It was a great experience for our holiday trip given by udman hotel gurugram part stafffood was wow. Staff behaviour was great like family. Food is amazing of tast. Room service is good rooms is well maintained and clean. Udman is a great spot for family holiday trip. Sapcialy manager Jay given a special treatment to us. Jay behaviour is great for visitors i recoment to all for stay because of location, good and prompt service. Thank you Jay to make our family trip amazing. Thank you udman.

Excellent service mr.Jay too good

Had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The ambience was elegant, the staff was extremely professional and welcoming, and the food quality was outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. Service was quick, hygienic standards were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for both family dinners and special occasions. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great taste and excellent hospitality. Will definitely visit again! Jay is too good keep it buddy.

Good food excellent service special mr.Jay

had a really great experience here. And I met mr.Jay was very polite, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. Everything was explained clearly, and the service was completed on time without any hassle. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and the genuine effort to ensure customer satisfaction. All over good experience

had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Mr.Jay, the manager. He is extremely professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about the guests’ experience. From the moment we walked in, everything was well-organized and welcoming.
Mr.Jay ensured that the service was smooth and prompt, and he handled every request with patience and a positive attitude. His team was well-trained and coordinated, which clearly reflects his strong leadership.
What stood out the most was his personal attention to detail and the way he made sure every guest felt comfortable and valued. It’s rare to see such dedication and commitment.stay from udman gurgaon.
