Average stay
We stayed at this hotel for 5 days with our family, and overall, the experience was okay. There are a few things the hotel needs to improve, while some aspects were good.
We were given 3 rooms for 3 families—2 rooms had 4 beds each. One room was on the second floor and the other on the third. The service was average, but a few staff members (especially some of the boys) spoke in a rough manner and seemed unaware of how to speak properly with guests.
The location of the hotel is convenient, as it's close to the railway station and the market. Room service is available, and you can order food using the in-room menu.
Here are a few things I’d like to point out:
The AC and geyser cannot work at the same time due to frequent power cuts. You have to call the staff to turn on the geyser, and they will switch off the AC to do so.
You need to request room cleaning and guide them to clean properly, or it won’t be done well.
There were broken pieces of glass in the room when we arrived, which were not cleaned up properly.
If you're traveling with kids, it's important to check the room carefully before settling in. Look at the dustbins and inspect all corners of the room.
Each room has a small window near the ceiling that opens to the corridor. Although no one can see through it, it affects your privacy as conversations can be overheard.
On a positive note, the hotel staff helped us with local sightseeing and gave us directions.
Overall, it was an average stay, and we hope the hotel improves on these issues.

Bad bad very bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad
Very bad facilities with unprofessional staffs...they are with 5 n 7star attitude but the actual property is worth rs 100....very bad experience...they are taking child labour and behaving like moron. i suggest to never stay there and rooms are like guest house with rs 2500
